شاخص های تدوین مدیریت راهبردی پلیس در پیشگیری ازبزه دیدگی زنان

زمینه وهدف: امروزه شرایط وفضای فعالیت پلیس بیش ازپیش پیچیده، متغیروگسترده شده است به گونه ای که برای بیشترسازمان های پلیسی این سرعت به چالشی جدی تبدیل شده و آن ها را ناگریز ساخته تا برای سازگاری با تغییرات و پاسخ به نیازهای محیط راهبردهای جدیدی در پیش گیرند. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شاخص های تدوین راهبردی پلیس درپیشگیری ازبزه دیدگی زنان است. روش: این تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی وازنظر روش در دسته پژوهش های کیفی جای دارد و با روش تحلیل مضمون اجرا شده است. جامعه پژوهش را خبرگان نیروی انتظامی، وزارت کشور، اساتید دانشگاه، قضات، سازمان آموزش وپرورش، سازمان بهزیستی، سازمان زندان هاتشکیل دادند و براساس اصل اشباع نظری حجم نمونه به 14 نفر رسید. داده ها با مصاحبه های کیفی نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری شدند و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار«مکس کیودی ای 11» استفاده شد.یافته ها ونتایج: شاخص های تدوین مدیریت راهبردی پلیس درپیشگیری ازبزه دیدگی زنان در قالب 3 مضمون اصلی (ارزیابی محیط راهبردی، تعیین موضوعات و مسائل اصلی، تبیین راهبردها) و21 مضمون فرعی شناسایی شدند. استفاده ازاین شاخص ها درتدوین مدیریت راهبردی پلیس می تواند به اثربخشی بیشتر پلیس منجر شود.

Indicators for making strategic police management in the prevention of female victimization

Background and Aim:Today, the conditions and atmosphere of police activity have become more complex,changeable and extensive, so that for most police organizations , this speed is far more than the speed of response and their ability to adapt.Therefore, police organizations need to making new strategies to respond to these challenges To be able to put their emphasis on adapting to environmental changes and responding to the needs of an everchanging environment very quickly.Therefore, the purpose of this study Identify indicators for making strategic police management in the prevention of female victimization.Method:In terms of purpose,the present study is applied and in terms of survey method.This research is in the category of qualitative research and has been carried out by content analysis method .The research community consisted of experts from the police,the Ministry of Interior,university professors,judges,the Education Organization,the Welfare Organization,and the Prisons Organization, and based on the principle of saturation.Theoretically, the sample size reached 14 people. Data were collected through semistructured qualitative interviews Data analysis was performed using Max Cody 11software.Findings and Conclusion:Indicators for making strategic police management In the prevention of female pattern baldness , in the form of 3 themes The main and 21 subthemes were identified,which are Assessment Strategic environment, determining topics and The main issues,explaining strategies.The use of these indicators in the compilation Strategic police management can Recognize the challenges and harms that affect the order and security of society and take steps to address them and lead to greater effectiveness of this program.
