الگوی مهارت ارتباطاتی برون سازمانی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین

زمینه و هدف: مهارت های ارتباطاتی ضامن سلامتی، همیاری و توسعه اعتماد متقابل است. ارتباطات برای پلیس به عنوان نیرویی که در تعامل با مردم است اهمیت ویژه ای دارد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی ابعاد، مولفه ها و شاخص های مهارت های ارتباطی برون سازمانی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین انجام شده است.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف ، کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا، کیفی و از نوع تحلیل مضمون است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را نخبگان علمی حوزه مهارت های ارتباطی تشکیل داده اند و نمونه 21 نفری از آنها به طور هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری مورد پرسش قرار گرفته اند. برای سنجش اعتبار و پایایی ابزار گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی از روش قابلیت اعتماد گوبا و لینکن استفاده شده است.یافته ها و نتایج: پژوهش نشان داد که مهارت های ارتباط اجتماعی حوزه برون سازمانی دانشجویان را باید در سه حوزه بین فردی، اجتماعات و گروه ها و سازمان ها دسته بندی کرد. ارزیابی شاخص ها نیز نشان داد که مهارت ارتباط اجتماعی برون سازمانی دانشجویان به نسبت سایر حوزه ها از اهمیت و جایگاه خاصی برخوردار است و باید در این زمینه اقدامات موثری انجام گیرد.

Extraorganizational communication skills of students of the University of Law Enforcement Sciences

The aim of this study was to develop and identify the dimensions, components and indicators of the model (theoretical and practical) of external communication skills of students of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences. The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of research method. The researcher should identify, examine and evaluate the components of students’ extraorganizational communication skills by using indepth interviews with elites (scientific in the field of communication skills and experts). The statistical population of this research is the elites in the field of police communications who were purposefully selected until the saturation limit of 21 people and the method of achieving the theoretical saturation is snowball. The data collection tool is indepth interview and the method of measuring the validity and reliability of the Goba and Lincoln methods. کرد. Evaluation of indicators has shown that students’ extraorganizational social communication skills are of special importance compared to other areas, and therefore it is suggested that it can be done with educational programs and considering social communication skills courses as well as noneducational programs such as Attention to the dialogueimplementation circles the facultystudent alliance plan the implementation of the scientific situationbuilding working group and the implementation of the resident consultant professor plan strengthened the students’ extraorganizational social communication skills.
