بررسی عوامل موثر بر اعتماد اجتماعی زنان به پلیس زن

پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ زمان مقطعی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها توصیفی-پیمایشی می باشد، ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد، جامعه آماری زنان مراجعه کننده به پلیس زن در اداره آگاهی تهران (شاپور) بود. روش نمونه گیری در این پژوهش ، به دلیل هم شانس بودن انتخاب هر یک از اعضای جامعه به روش در دسترس می باشد.. روایی محتوای پرسشنامه های این تحقیق، توسط استاد راهنما و مشاور و چند نفر از افراد مطلع مورد تایید قرار گرفته است و از روایی لازم برخوردار می باشد، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه حاضر با استفاده از نرم افزار 855/. محاسبه شد که بیانگر پایایی مناسب پرسشنامه می‌باشد، برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده از آزمون‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چند گانه، آزمون کلوموگروف و آزمون z استفاده شده است.یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که بین احساس امنیت ، رضایت از عملکرد و تاثیر رسانه با اعتماد اجتماعی زنان رابطه موثر و معنا دار وجود دارد، در حالیکه داده‌های حاصل از بررسی تاثیر منزلت اجتماعی پلیس زن و ویژگی های فردی مراجعین رابطه معناداری با اعتماد اجتماعی افراد به پلیس زن نداشت، افزایش احساس امنیت در زنان و رضایت از عملکرد پلیس زن در کنار فعالیت مفید و معرفی توانمندی های پلیس زن از طریق رسانه بر افزایش اعتماد اجتماعی زنان به پلیس زن موثرند.
