طراحی الگوی جامع تربیت روانشناختی جامعه شناختی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین

زمینه و هدف: یکی از ابعاد مهم در فرایند آموزشِ پلیس ایران، آموزش روان‌شناختی و جامعه‌شناختی دانشجو است. هدف اساسی در تربیت روان‌شناختی جامعه‌شناختی پلیس این است که دانشجویان پلیس بتوانند با درک عمیق‌تری از تمامی کنش‌های فردی و اجتماعی اعضای جامعه، به سطح مناسبی از عملکرد در سطح جامعه و در تعامل اجتماعی دست پیدا کنند. بااین‌وصف هدف اساسی این پژوهش عبارت است از: شناخت و طراحی فرایندهای تربیت و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزش و تربیت در حوزه روان‌شناختی جامعه‌شناختی دانشجویان و دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین. روش پژوهش. این تحقیق به روش کیفی، از نوع اکتشافی و از طریق نشست‌های نخبگی بوده است. جمعیت مورد مطالعه شامل اعضای هیئت‌علمی، کارشناسان، روسا و مدیران پلیس‌های تخصصی بودند که در آن، تعداد مشارکت‌کنندگان، شامل 27 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات نیز از طریق تحلیل مضمون و کدگذاری و مقوله‌بندی محتوای مصاحبه‌ها و مباحث گروهی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها و نتایج. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که الگوی مفهومی در بخشِ تربیت روان‌شناختی با دو بعد هوش و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی شامل مولفه‌های هوش هیجانی، هوش‌بهر منطقی، برون‌گرایی، مسئولیت‌پذیری، انعطاف‌پذیری، سازگاری و تاب‌آوری تعریف می‌شود. در بخش تربیت جامعه‌شناختی نیز، با ابعاد کنش ارتباط اجتماعی، شناخت بین فرهنگی، مشارکت اجتماعی، سبک زندگی و تحلیل پدیده‌های اجتماعی شامل مولفه‌های سواد رسانه‌ای، ارتباط اجتماعی، اقوام و گروه‌ها، حقوق شهروندی، ارزش‌ها و هنجارها، فعالیت‌های داوطلبانه و همیاری، مشارکت سیاسی، الگوی مصرف، الگوی گذراندن فراغت، مدیریت بدن، کار و اشتغال، آسیب‌ها و مسائل اجتماعی و شناخت افکار عمومی تعریف شده است.

Designing a comprehensive psychological sociological model for education of students in Amin Policr University

Introduction: One of the important dimensions in the training process of Iranian police is psychological and sociological education of students. The main goal in police psychosociological training is to enable police students to achieve an appropriate level of communitybased performance and social interaction with a deeper understanding of all individual and social actions of community members. However, the main purpose of this study is: to identify and design educational processes and implement educational programs in the field of psychosociology of students and graduates of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences. Research method: The research method was qualitative, through exploratory method and through elite sessions. The study population were the police experts, and specialists in which the number of participants, including 27 people, were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis was also done through content analysis and coding and categorization of the content of interviews and group discussions. Findings and Results: Findings showed that the conceptual model in the field of psychological education is defined by two dimensions of intelligence and personality traits including components of emotional intelligence, rational intelligence, extraversion, responsibility, flexibility, adaptability and resilience. In the field of sociological education, with the dimensions of social communication action, intercultural cognition, social participation, lifestyle and analysis of social phenomena including components of media literacy, social communication, ethnicities and groups, citizenship rights, values ​​and norms, voluntary and collaborative activities Politics, consumption patterns, leisure patterns, body management, work and employment, injuries and social issues, and the recognition of public opinion are defined.
