بررسی وضعیت تعادل کار و زندگی زنان پلیس فرماندهی انتظامی تهران بزرگ

زمینه و هدف: پرداختن به کاروخانواده، دوجنبه مهم اززندگی هرفرد را تشکیل می دهد و سلامت جسمی و روحی انسان ها درگرو هماهنگی و سازگاری این دواست.هدف این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت تعادل کار و زندگی از دیدگاه زنان پلیس فرماندهی انتظامی تهران بزرگ(فاتب)است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را زنان پلیس شاغل در فرماندهی انتظامی تهران بزرگ تشکیل داده‌اند و نمونه 233 نفری از آن‌ها بر اساس فرمول کوکران به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب انتخاب شد. داده‌ها با کمک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته روا و پایا(آلفای کرونباخ 0.94)، جمع‌آوری و با کمک نرم افزار spss و آزمون تی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها و نتایج: پژوهش نشان داد همه ابعاد تعادل کار و زندگی زنان پلیس در فرماندهی انتظامی تهران بزرگ از نظر پاسخگویان وضعیت مناسبی دارند. از نظر میانگین، وضعیت تعادل کار و زندگی در سازمان در رتبه اول، تعادل کار و زندگی به عنوان مادر فرزند در رتبه دوم، ارائه خدمات برای تعادل کار و زندگی در رتبه سوم، تعادل کار و زندگی در خانواده در رتبه چهارم و داشتن مشکلات برای تعادل کار و زندگی در رتبه آخر قرار دارد.

Investigating the status of women’s work and life balance police in Greater Tehran Disciplinary Command

Background and Aim: Addressing work and family are two important aspects of each person’s life, and the physical and mental health of human beings depends on the coordination and compatibility of the two. The purpose of this study is to investigate the balance of work and life from the perspective of women police officers of the Greater Tehran Disciplinary Command (FATB). Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the study consisted of female police officers working in the Greater Tehran Disciplinary Command, and 233 of them were selected based on Cochran’s formula by random sampling method. The main data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire based on theoretical foundations and research background, the validity of which was calculated and confirmed using the opinions of community experts and its reliability using Cronbach’s alpha. The collected data were collected with the help of a researchermade questionnaire of validity and reliability and analyzed with the help of spss software and ttest. Results and Results: The research showed that all aspects of the worklife balance of women police officers in the Greater Tehran Disciplinary Command are in good condition for the respondents.
