بررسی تاثیر امنیت اخلاقی بر همبستگی و وفاق اجتماعی

زمینه و هدف: وجود همبستگی و وفاق اجتماعی از پیش نیازهای ضروری توسعه و رشد جوامع در دنیای امروزی به ویژه کلان شهرها است که در جوامع جدید با مخاطرات جدی همراه است. یکی از عوامل اثرگذار بر وفاق اجتماعی وجود امنیت اخلاقی در جامعه است. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تاثیر امنیت اخلاقی بر همبستگی و وفاق اجتماعی انجام شده است. روش: شیوه اجرای این پژوهش پیمایش است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را شهروندان ساکن کلان شهر تهران تشکیل داده‌اند و بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، نمونه 384 نفری مورد پرسش قرار گرفته‌اند. داده‌ها با کمک پرسشنامه روا و پایا(آلفای کرونباخ 0.91) گردآوری و با استفاده از تکنیک مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها و نتایج: پژوهش نشان داد میانگین نمره امنیت اخلاقی در شهر تهران، کمتر از متوسط و میانگین نمره وفاق اجتماعی متوسط است و تاثیر امنیت اخلاقی بر وفاق اجتماعی معنادار است. بنابراین ضرورت دارد به دلیل پایین بودن احساس امنیت اخلاقی در شهر تهران، سیاست‌های مرتبط با این موضوع، بازنگری و با توجه به اهمیت وفاق اجتماعی، سیاست‌های مربوط به حوزه امنیت اخلاقی پیگیری شوند.

Investigating the Impact of Ethical Security on Social Solidarity and Consensus

Background and Aim: The existence of social solidarity is one of the prerequisites for the development and growth of societies in the modern world, especially metropolises, which is associated with serious risks in new societies. One of the factors affecting social consensus is the existence of moral security in society. This research has been done to investigate the effect of moral security on social solidarity and consensus. Method: This paper utilizes a survey method. The population of the study consisted of citizens living in the Tehran metropolis. Based on the Krejcie and Morgan tables, 384 people were questioned. The data were collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire (Cronbach’s alpha, 0.91) and analyzed using structural equation modeling technique. Findings and Results: The research showed that the average moral security score in Tehran is less than average and the mean score of social consensus is moderate and the effect of moral security on social consensus is significant. Therefore, it is necessary to review policies related to this issue due to the lack of ethical sense of security in Tehran, and, with regard to the importance of social consensus, policies related to the field of moral security should be pursued.
