بررسی میزان به‌کارگیری عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش در سازمان آب و برق خوزستان

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی میزان به‌کارگیری عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش در سازمان آب و برق خوزستان است. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش کمی است که در آن از روش توصیفی پیمایشی بهره گرفته است. ابزار گرداوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه است که پایایی آن از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ 0.87 محاسبه‌شده است. در پژوهش حاضر از آزمون تی‌تک‌نمونه‌ای، آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین ساختار سازمانی (2.89) در مدیریت دانش پیاده‌سازی شده در سازمان آب و برق خوزستان پایین‌تر از حد متوسط بود. در خصوص میانگین وضعیت فرهنگ‌سازمانی (3.20) در مدیریت دانش پیاده‌سازی شده در سازمان آب و برق خوزستان یافته نشان داد که میانگین اکتسابی بالاتر از حد متوسط بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد که میانگین وضعیت فناوری اطلاعات (3.23) در مدیریت دانش پیاده‌سازی شده در سازمان آب و برق خوزستان بالاتر از حد متوسط بود درحالی‌که میانگین وضعیت منابع انسانی (2.75) در مدیریت دانش پیاده‌سازی شده در سازمان آب و برق خوزستان پایین‌تر از حد متوسط بود همچنین میانگین وضعیت رهبری (3.75) در مدیریت دانش پیاده‌سازی شده در سازمان آب و برق خوزستان بالاتر از حد متوسط بود. تحلیل یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش نشان داد که از بین عوامل کلیدی موفقیت مدیریت دانش پیاده‌سازی ساختار سازمانی و وضعیت منابع انسانی در سطح مطلوبی قرار ندارند و نیاز است با برنامه‌ریزی در این خصوص زمینه ارتقاء وضعیت این عوامل فراهم شود. مدیریت دانش پیاده شده در سازمان آب و برق استان خوزستان نیازمند ایجاد شبکه‌ای موثر از عوامل ساختاری سازمان؛ فرهنگ؛ فناوری؛ مدیریت منابع انسانی و رهبری درزمینه‌ مدیریت دانش پیاده شده در سازمان است و هر یک از این عوامل به‌تنهایی نمی‌توانند درزمینه‌ مدیریت دانش توفیق حداکثری را کسب کنند.

survey of the success key factors application in the implementation of knowledge management in water and power organization of khuzestan

the purpose of this study was to survey of the success key factors application in the implementation of knowledge management in water and power organization of khuzestan.this research is applied in terms of purpose and a quantitative by using a descriptive survey method. the data collection tool is a questionnaire whose reliability was calculated by cronbach’s alpha test of 0.87. in the present study, one-sample test, kolmogorov-smirnov test has been used. the data of this study were analyzed using spss software version 26. the results indicate that the mean of organizational structure (2.89) in knowledge management implemented in the khuzestan water and power organization is lower than average. regarding the status of organizational culture (3.20) in knowledge management implemented in khuzestan water and power organization, the results showed that the mean acquisition is higher than average. the results show that the mean status of information technology (3.23) in knowledge management implemented in khuzestan water and power organization is higher than average while the results indicate that the mean status of human resources (2.75) in knowledge management implemented in the khuzestan water and power organization is lower than average. finally, the results indicate that the leadership status (3.75) in the knowledge management implemented in the khuzestan water and power organization is higher than average. among the success key factors for the implemented knowledge management; the organizational structure and human resources are not at the desired level and it is necessary to provide the ground for improving the status of these factors by planning in this regard.
