تحلیل محتوای مقالات فصلنامۀ مطالعات مدیریت گردشگری (1398-1391) برمبنای الگوی مشارکت نویسندگان و ویژگی‌های روش‌شناسی، استنادی و عملکردی مقالات

مطالعۀ روند تولید مقالات علمی در هر حوزۀ دانشی، از یک‌سو می توانند تصویری شفاف از خط سیر علمی یک نشریه ارائه دهد و از سوی دیگر، شکاف ها و خلاهای پژوهشی  را در آن حوزه، شناسایی نماید. در این میان بررسی پژوهش های انتشار یافته در حوزۀ گردشگری، می تواند درک صحیحی از رویکردهای نظری، روش ها و تکنیک های مورد استفادۀ محقق و چگونگی پیشرفت نظری و روشی در این حوزه را فراهم سازد و اطلاعاتی مستند در خصوص سیر تحول و روند انجام ‌این پژوهش ها در طول یک دورۀ زمانی مشخص ارائه دهد؛ ضمن آنکه  چشم اندازی شفاف در زمینۀ محدودیت ها، آسیب ها و موارد نیازمندِ توجه بیشتر را، برای پژوهشگران و نیز مدیران و برنامه ریزان این حوزه فراهم می آورد. مسئلۀ اصلی این پژوهش، شناخت مقالات علمی منتشر شده در نشریۀ «مطالعات مدیریت گردشگری» بر مبنای چهار مولفۀ: ویژگی ها و الگوی مشارکت نویسندگان، ویژگی های روش شناسی، استنادی و عملکردی مقالات بود. روش پیشبرد پژوهش توصیفی بوده و به طور خاص از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شده است. جمع آوری اطلاعات بصورت کتابخانه ای و شیوۀ تحلیل آنها کمّی بود. نمونه های مورد مطالعه تعداد 219 مقاله (n=219)، شامل کلیۀ مقالات انتشار یافته در نشریۀ مطالعات مدیریت گردشگری، طی سال های 1391 تا 1398 در 8 دوره  و 32 شماره( 48-17) بود. نتایج این پژوهش ضمن ارائه تصویری روشن از الگوهای مشارکتی نویسندگان و نیز ویژگی های روش شناسی، عملکردی و استنادی مقالات، خط سیر و روند ثبات یا تغییرات به وجود آمده در هر یک از الگوها و ویژگی های مورد مطالعه در این نشریه را طی هشت سال، آشکار نموده است.

Content Analysis of Articles in the Journal of Tourism Management Studies (2012-2018) based on the Participation Pattern of Authors and Methodological, Citation and Functional Characteristics of Articles

Studying the process of producing scientific articles in any field of knowledge can provide a clear picture of the scientific trajectory of a journal and identify research gaps in that area. Meantime, reviewing the published researches in tourism studies can provide a correct understanding of theoretical approaches, methods, and techniques used by researchers. Moreover, it indicates how theoretical development and methodological progress can provide documentary information. It presents the evolution and process of conducting these researches over a specific period of time; yet it can provide clear vision of limitations, harms, and issues that need more attention from researchers, as well as managers and planners in this field. The purpose of this study is to review scientific articles published in the journal &Tourism Management Studies& based on four components: characteristics, pattern of participation of authors and methodological, citation, and functional characteristics of articles. The research method is descriptive, and the content analysis method has been used specifically. The collection of information is in the form of libraries and the method of their analysis is quantitative. Samples are 219 articles (N = 219), including all articles published in Tourism Management Studies journal, during 2012-2018, in 8 periods and 32 issues (17-48). Study result has revealed a clear picture of authors’ participatory patterns, as well as the methodological, functional and citation features of articles. It also describes the trajectory and trend of stability or changes in each of the patterns and features studied during eight years of this journal.
