مطالعه علم‌سنجی فرایند پژوهش در مدیریت دانش و ارتباط مفهومی آن با حوزه آموزش

هدف از این پژوهش، مطالعه روند پژوهش‌ها پیرامون مفهوم مدیریت دانش و ارتباط مفهومی آن با حوزه آموزش، با استفاده از روش تحلیل و نقشه‌برداری علم‌سنجی است. توصیف علم‌سنجی و تحلیل شبکه‌های اجتماعی در پایگاه داده‌هایweb of science ، طی سال‌های 2000 تا 2019 انجام ‌شده است. ساختار و الگوهای اطلاعات مبادله شده در زمینه پژوهش‌های مدیریت دانش و ارتباط مفهومی آن با حوزه آموزش و نیز تفسیر رابطه بین کلمات کلیدی به‌کاررفته در پژوهش‌ها، با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار vosviewer استخراج و تحلیل گردید. جامعه آماری شامل 25.029  مقاله، که اغلب مقالات با میزان استناد بالا بودند، بررسی گردید. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد تعداد مقالات مدیریت دانش و ارتباط مفهومی آن با حوزه آموزش از سال 2000 تا 2018 روندی افزایشی داشته است. مقالات بیشتر در قالب مقالات مروری و مقالات پژوهشی بودند. پراستنادترین نشریات به ترتیب، نشریات کشورهای آمریکا، انگلستان و دانشگاه‌های کاونتری، دانشگاه تورین، دانشگاه لیورپول و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بودند. بیشترین همکاری‌های بین‌المللی در انتشار مقالات به ترتیب میان کشورها و پژوهشگران آمریکا، انگلستان، چین و ایران بوده است. در هم‌نشینی یا co-occurrence حاکم در کلمات کلیدی به‌کاررفته در پژوهش‌ها، مفهوم مدیریت دانش و ارتباط مفهومی آن با حوزه آموزش بیشتر با مفاهیم فناوری، مدیریت، مدیریت کیفیت جامع و نوآوری، سازمان‌دهی، کلمه دانش و رهبری همراه بوده است. از مجموع داده‌های ارائه‌شده می‌توان دریافت که  توجه به مفهوم مدیریت دانش و ارتباط مفهومی آن با حوزه آموزش در طول زمان افزایش‌یافته است.

Scientometric Study of the Research Process in Knowledge Management and its Conceptual Relationship with Education

The purpose of this study was to investigate the research process on the concept of knowledge management using the method of analysis and mapping of scientometrics to show the dispersion of countries, universities, journals, research articles and researchers and their colleagues in different parts of the world. Descriptions of social networks were analyzed on the WOS database from 2000 to 2019, and the structure and patterns of information exchanged in the field of knowledge management research, as well as the interpretation of the relationship between keywords used in research, were used. Keywords used in the research was extracted and analyzed by the VOSviewer software. The statistical population consisted of 25,029 articles, most of which included high-quality, high-impact articles. The results showed that the number of leadership articles from 2000 to 2018 has been increasing. Most of the articles were presented in the form of review articles and complete research articles. The most popular publications are those of the United States and the United Kingdom, respectively, and the universities of Coventry, the University of Turin, the University of Liverpool, and the Islamic Azad University.
