ارزیابی کاربردپذیری نرم‏ افزار مدیریت دانش (mtashare) از دیدگاه کارکنان بانک شهر و شرکت مشاوران توسعه آینده

کاربردپذیری یکی از مهم‌ترین شاخص‏ های ارزیابی کیفیت نرم‏ افزارها است که نقش مهمی را در بهبود عملکرد و کارایی آن‏ها ایفا می‏کند. لذا هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی وضعیت کاربردپذیری نرم ‏افزار مدیریت دانش (mtashare) از دیدگاه کارکنان بانک شهر و شرکت مشاوران توسعه آینده بود. این پژوهش کاربردی و با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 28 نفر از کاربران نرم ­افزار مدیریت دانش (mtashare) در بانک شهر و شرکت مشاوران توسعه آینده بود. برای ارزیابی کاربردپذری نرم ‏افزار از مدل iso/iec 9126 و برای گردآوری داده ‏ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم ­افزار spss استفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان داد که مقوله ­های قابلیت نگهداری، انتقال پذیری، کارایی، اطمینان، کارکردی بودن و قابلیت استفاده از نرم ‏افزار (mtashare) از دیدگاه کاربران شرکت مشاوران توسعه آینده و مقوله های قابلیت اطمینان، انتقال ‏پذیری، استفاده، کارایی، قابلیت نگهداری و کارکردی بودن از دیدگاه کاربران بانک شهر به ترتیب بیشترین میزان کاربردپذیری را در مدیریت دانش سازمانی داشتند. همچنین نتایج آزمون تی نشان داد که اختلاف میانگین مقوله ­های کاربردپذیری نرم ­افزار معنی ­دار بوده و میزان کاربردپذی آن از دیدگاه کاربران مطلوب است و این نرم ‏افزار برای درونی سازی، بیرونی سازی، اجتماعی کردن و ترکیب دانش در سازمان ­ها مناسب بوده است. نتایج نشان داد که کاربردپذیری و استفاده بیشتر از نرم‏ افزار (mtashare) در سازمان‏ ها می‏تواند به تسهیل و تسریع فرایندهای مدیریت دانش در سازمان‏ها کمک کند.

Evaluate the Applicability of Knowledge Management Software from the Perspective of the Staff of Shahr Bank and Future Development Consultants Company (MTAShare)

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the applicability of knowledge management software (MTAShare). This research is applied and carried out using an evaluation method and a case study. The statistical population of this study consists of 28 users of knowledge management software (MTAShare) in the Shahr Bank and Future Development Consultants Company. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. ISO / IEC 9126 model has been used to evaluate the applicability of the software and SPSS software was used for data analysis.Findings showed that the most satisfaction of the users in Future Development Consultants Company are respectively from categories of Reliability, transferability, efficiency, reliability, functionality and usability, and the highest satisfaction of Bank Shahr users, respectively are reliability, transferability, usability, efficiency, reliability and functionality. Also, the results of ttest showed that the average difference between applicability categories of the software are meaningful and the level of applicability of knowledge management software (MTAShare) from the perspective of users is desirable and this software is appropriate for internalizing, externalizing, socializing and combining knowledge in organizations. Also it is appropriate to create, organize, share and use knowledge in the organizations. The results show that the use of knowledge management software’s to implement of knowledge management processes in organizations is necessary and useful.
