بررسی قابلیت ها و مزایای را‏یا‏نش ابر‏ی در توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الکترونیک

هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی قابلیت ‏ها و مزایای را‏یا‏نش ابر‏ی در توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الکترونیک در صنایع فولاد استان یزد با بهره ‏برداری از روش ترکیبی تصمیم‏ گیری چندمعیاره، محاسبات منطق فازی و روش مدل‏سازی pls بود. روش پژوهش حاضر تلفیقی (کیفی و کمی) بود و با ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامه صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل اساتید دانشگاهی صاحب ‏نظر در حوزه موردبررسی و متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات شاغل در صنایع فولاد استان یزد بودند که از بین آن‌ها 320 نفر در سال 1398 با ترکیبی از دو روش نمونه ‏‏گیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند و تصادفی انتخاب شدند. یافته‏ ها با توجه به محاسبات فازی نشان داد مهم‌ترین معیار در خوشه مزیت رایانش ابری، «کاهش هزینه‏ ها» با 0.191، «خدمت سریع‏تر به مشتریان» با وزن فازی 0.120 و «برقراری ارتباط با مشتریان» با وزن شبکه ‏ای فازی 0.096 به ترتیب بودند. مهم‌ترین معیار در خوشه قابلیت‌های رایانش ابری در توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الکترونیک نیز، «ذخیره ‏‏سازی اطلاعات در خدمات ارتباطات الکترونیک» برابر با 0.123 بودند. درنهایت، تحلیل مسیر بین «توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الکترونیک» و «قابلیت‏ های را‏یا‏نش ابر‏ی» با توجه به بارهای تحلیل عاملی تاییدی برابر با 0.566 و بین توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الکترونیک و مزیت رایانش ابری برابر با 0.521 حاصل شد. نتایج نشان داد فناوری رایانش ابری با توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الکترونیک صنایع فولاد یزد دارای رابطه و تاثیرگذاری مثبت است.

Investigation of Capabilities and Advantages of Cloud Computing in Development of Electronic Communications Services

The aim of this paper is the investigation of capabilities and advantages of cloud computing in the development of electronic communications services in steel industries of Yazd province utilizing hybrid multicriteria decisionmaking method, Fuzzy logic computing, and PLS modeling technique. This research approach is combined (quantitative and qualitative), and it is performed by interview and questionnaire tools. Statistical society includes university professors that are experts in the studied field and information and communication technology specialists working at the steel industries of Yazd province. 320 experts in the society are selected in 1398 by the combination of nonprobability purposive and random sampling. The findings using Fuzzy logic show that the most important criteria in the advantage cluster of cloud computing are &costs reduction&, &faster service to the customers&, and &communication with the customers& with fuzzy weights of 0.191, 0.120, and 0.096, respectively. The most important criterion in the capabilities cluster of cloud computing in the development of electronic communications services is &saving information in electronic communications services& equal to 0.123. Finally, path analysis between &development of electronic communications services& and & capabilities of cloud computing& according to the confirmatory factor of analysis loads is equal to 0.566, and between &development of electronic communications services& and &cloud computing advantage& is equal to 0.521. Thus, based on the findings, it can be said that cloud computing technology with the development of electronic communications services of steel industries of Yazd has a positive relationship and effectiveness.
