شناسایی پارامترهای موفقیت‌آمیز پیاده‌سازی انواع فناوری‌های مجازی‌سازی در مراکز داده سازمان‌ها

هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر استفاده از انواع فن‌آوری مجازی‌سازی در مراکز داده برحسب نیاز سازمان‌ها به بررسی فعالیت‌های گسترده سازمان‌ها در پیاده‌سازی انواع مجازی سازها و مطالعه موردی شرکت کیسون می‌پردازد؛ بنابراین ازنظر هدف، یک پژوهش کاربردی محسوب می‌شود. روش: همچنین با توجه به اینکه در این پژوهش از روش‌های مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و نیز روش‌های میدانی نظیر پرسشنامه استفاده شده است، می‌توان گفت این پژوهش بر اساس ماهیت و روش، توصیفی پیمایشی است. بدین معنی که ابتدا با بررسی ادبیات موجود، معیارها و شاخص‌های پژوهش شناسایی‌شده و بر اساس آن، فرضیات تحقیق تدوین شده‌اند. متناسب با فرضیات، مدل مفهومی تحقیق توسعه داده شده و برای گردآوری داده‌ها نیز از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده گردیده است. درنهایت برای آزمون فرضیات تحقیق، از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری (sem) استفاده خواهد شد. همچنین تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای excel، spss و lisrel صورت گرفته است. نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش به شناسایی عوامل کلیدی برای اجرای سیستم‌های مجازی‌سازی از دیدگاه متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات پرداخته است. در این مطالعه تاثیر هفت عامل شامل: کیفیت سیستم، کیفیت اطلاعات، تسهیل در مدیریت و نگهداری، کاهش هزینه، سهولت پیاده‌سازی، آزمایش و توسعه، ادغام منابع و اجماع سارمانیموردبررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که تمامی عوامل موردبررسی، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر موفقیت پیاده‌سازی فناوری مجازی‌سازی دارند.

Identifying critical success factors for implementing virtualization technologyaccording to corporate’s demands

Abstract: We observe rapid changes in the technologies and the extreme complexities in the environment upon entering the third millennium and the age of innovation. Nowadays the spread of computer networks and calculations and the necessity to employ the new technologies is an indispensable part of the activities of different companies and institutions to speed up the process of achieving the goals set by the organizations.Most of the studies conducted on virtualization technology are descriptiveanalytic and they have addressed this topic from the informatics and software perspectives to state both advantages and disadvantages of this technology. However, the experimental approach has been adopted in the present study in addition to the descriptive approach and the factors affecting the successful implementation of different types of virtualization technology and data centers of the organizations are investigated and the present study is a completely innovative an new study in this regard.The present research helps us to identify the key factors to implement the virtualization systems from the standpoint of the IT experts. In the present study, seven following factors were examined: system quality, information quality, facilitation of management and maintenance, reduction in expenses, ease of implementation, experiment and development, integration of resources and organizational consensus. The results of the present study showed that all factors under study have a positive and significant effect on the success of implementation of virtualization technology.The present research examines the extensive activities of the organizations to implement different types of virtualizers and the case study of Qsan Company with the purpose of investigating into the factors affecting the employment of the virtualization technology in the data centers according to the needs of the organizations. Therefore, the present research in considered an applied research in terms of purpose. Also, considering the fact that the library research methods and the field research methods such as questionnaires have been used in the present research, it can be said that the present research is a descriptivesurvey research in nature and method i.e. at first the criteria and indices of the research were identified through the investigation into the existing literature and the hypotheses of the research were formulated accordingly. The conceptual model of the research was developed according to the hypotheses and the standard questionnaire has been employed to collect data. Finally, the structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test the research hypotheses.
