نقش مکانیسم‌های حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات و نوآوری استراتژیک در چابکی‌ سازمانی

زمینه و هدف: امروزه توسعه سریع فناوری و جهانی شدن از ویژگی‌های محیطی پیش روی سازمان‌های کنونی هستند. از این رو، برای موفقیت در این محیط می‌توان از طریق استفاده مناسب از فناوری اطلاعات به مزیت رقابتی چابکی دست یافت. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر سازوکارهای حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات بر چابکی‌ سازمانی با در نظر گرفتن نقش نوآوری استراتژیک است.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است که در آن از راهبرد توصیفی– پیمایشی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل شرکت های کوچک و متوسط شهر کرمان‌ تشکیل بودند که به علت محدود بودن جامعه آماری با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای در دسترس و  فرمول کوکران تعداد 207 شرکت به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. ‌داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اِس‌پی‌اِس‌اِس24 و لیزرل8.8 و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش نشان داد که کفایت منابع فناوری اطلاعات بر مکانیسم های حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات تاثیر مثبت معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن بود که مکانیسم های حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات بر نوآوری استراتژیک و چابکی سازمانی تاثیر مثبت معناداری دارد. از طرفی، نوآوری استراتژیک نیز بر چابکی‌ سازمانی تاثیر دارد. همچنین، فناوری اطلاعات از طریق مکانیسم های فناوری اطلاعات و نوآوری استراتژیک به افزایش چابکی سازمان منجر می‎شود.نتیجه‌گیری: بر طبق نتایج به دست آمده، بهبود مکانیسم های فناوری اطلاعات و نوآوری می‌تواند در جهت افزایش ظرفیت نوآوری استراتژیک به سازمان کمک نماید تا به بالاترین سطح چابکی نایل گردد.

the role of information technology governance mechanisms and strategic innovation in organizational agility

background purpose: today, the rapid development of technology and globalization are among the characteristics of the environment facing current organizations. therefore, to succeed in this environment, competitive advantage of agility can be achieved through the appropriate use of information technology. the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of information technology governance mechanisms on organizational agility, taking into account the role of strategic innovation.methodology: the current research is an applied research in which a descriptive-survey strategy is used. the statistical population of the research consisted of small and medium-sized companies in kerman city, and due to the limited statistical population, 207 companies were selected as the sample size using the available stratified sampling method and cochran’s formula. a questionnaire was used to collect data. the research data were analyzed using spss24 and lisrel 8.8 software and structural equation modeling.findings: the analysis of research data showed that the adequacy of information technology resources has a significant positive effect on information technology governance mechanisms. also, the results indicated that information technology governance mechanisms have a significant positive effect on strategic innovation and organizational agility. on the other hand, strategic innovation also affects organizational agility. also, information technology leads to an increase in organizational agility through information technology mechanisms and strategic innovation.conclusion: according to the results, improving the mechanisms of information technology and innovation can help the organization to increase the capacity of strategic innovation to achieve the highest level of agility.
