تدوین و اعتبارسنجی الگوی عملکرد تجاری سازی طرح های فناورانه محصول محور؛ رهیافت شبکه مضامین

زمینه و هدف: حمایت از طرح های فناورانه با قابلیت تجاری سازی در حوزه فناوری های راهبردی و اولویت‌دار برای توسعه اقتصاد دانش بنیان و رفع نیازهای کشور در دستور کار قرار گرفته است. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوین و اعتبارسنجی الگوی پیش بین های عملکرد تجاری سازی طرح های فناورانه محصول محور است. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی است و در آن از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مالکان (مخترعان) تعداد 62 طرح فناورانه دارای ثبت اختراع بودند. بر اساس روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و مطابق با اصل اشباع نظری با  تعداد 26 نفر از اعضاء جامعه آماری همراه با 8 نفر از مسئولان و مدیران مرکز رشد مصاحبه شد. داده‌های مصاحبه ها طی سه مرحله کدگذاری پایه، سازمان‌دهنده و فراگیر تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: داده های کیفی پس از تحلیل در قالب 53 مضمون پایه و 8 مضمون سازمان دهنده شامل مدیریت بازاریابی، تامین مالی، استراتژی تجاری سازی، منابع و قابلیت های پویا، شبکه‌سازی، دولت، سرمایه فکری، مدیریت دانش و فناوری، بستر فرهنگی جامعه و مضمون فراگیر عملکرد تجاری سازی طرح های فناورانه دسته بندی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به تاثیرپذیری عملکرد تجاری سازی طرح های فناورانه محصول محور از هر دو سطح بنگاه و محیط کلان، نقش برجسته دولت، اهمیت سیاست گذاری در زمینه حمایت های دولتی در حوزه های مختلف تامین مالی، ارائه تسهیلات مالی، تدارک فضای فیزیکی برای استقرار و رشد واحدهای فناور، اتخاذ سیاست های حمایتی ویژه با نگاه ویژه به استان و تسهیل فضای کسب و کارهای فناورانه از جنبه های مختلف قانونی، صدور مجوزها، فرهنگ‌سازی و ... برای فعالیت طرح های فناورانه این استان امری حیاتی است.

compilation and validation of the performance model of commercialization of product-oriented technological projects; theme network approach

background purpose: supporting technological projects with commercialization capability in the field of strategic and priority technologies of the country for the development of knowledge-based economy and meeting the strategic needs of the country is on the agenda.the purpose of the current research is to present and validate the model of predictors of commercialization performance of product-oriented technological projects.methodology: the current research is a qualitative research and thematic analysis strategy is used in it. the statistical population of this research was the owners (inventors) of 62 technological designs with patents. based on the purposeful sampling method and in accordance with the principle of theoretical saturation, 26 members of the statistical population were interviewed along with 8 officials and managers of the growth center. the data of the interviews were analyzed during three stages of basic, organizing and comprehensive coding.findings: qualitative data after analysisin the form of 53 basic themes and 8 organizing themes including; marketing management, financing, commercialization strategy, dynamic resources and capabilities, network-building, government, intellectual capital, knowledge and technology management, cultural background of the society and the comprehensive theme of commercialization performance of technological projects were categorized.conclusion: considering the effectiveness of the commercialization of product-oriented technological projects from both the company level and the macro environment, emphasizing the prominent role of the government, the importance of policy making in the field of government support in various areas of financing, providing financial facilities, providing a physical space for the establishment and growth of technology units, adopting special support policies with a special focus on the province, and facilitating the environment for technology businesses from various legal aspects, issuing licenses, creating culture, etc. for activity the technological plans of kurdistan province are vital.
