تحلیل تاثیر دوسوتوانی زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد مالی با تاکید بر نقش تعدیل کننده قابلیت شبکه و جریان اطلاعات استراتژیک

زمینه و هدف: دستیابی به دوسوتوانی نیازمند تکیه بر اتحادهای مبتنی بر  عملکرد زنجیره ارزش مانند اتحادهای تحقیق و توسعه اکتشافی یا اتحادهای تجاری‌سازی بهره برداری است. بر این اساس، در این پژوهش به تحلیل تاثیر دوسوتوانی زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد شرکت با تاکید بر نقش تعدیل کننده قابلیت شبکه و جریان اطلاعات استراتژیک پرداخته می‌شود.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 1000 نفر از کارکنان شرکت های کوچک و متوسط استان کرمانشاه بود. تعداد نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 278 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری پژوهش پرسشنامه بود. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی سازه و پایایی آن از طریق بار عاملی، ضریب پایایی مرکب، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها حاکی از تاثیر منفی دوسوتوانی زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد مالی و تعدیل تاثیرات منفی قابلیت های شبکه بین دوسوتوانی زنجیره تامین و عملکرد مالی شرکت های کوچک و متوسط بود. نتیجه‌گیری: شرکت های کوچک و متوسط به منظور دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی پایدار باید به قابلیت های شبکه جهت کاهش اثرات منفی دوسوتوانی زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد شرکت و همچنین جریان اطلاعات استراتژیک برای افزایش اثر دوسوتوانی زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد شرکت توجه کافی نمایند.

analyzing the impact of supply chain ambidexterity on the financial performance with emphasis on the moderating role of network capability and strategic information flow

background purpose: achieving ambidexterity requires relying on alliances based on value chain performance, such as exploratory research and development alliances or exploitation-commercialization alliances. based on this, in this research, the impact of supply chain ambivalence on company performance is analyzed with emphasis on the moderating role of network capability and strategic information flow.methodology: the current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature. the statistical population of the research included 1000 employees of small and medium companies in kermanshah province. the number of samples was selected using morgan’s table, 278 people. the research tool was a questionnaire. the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through construct validity and its reliability through factor loading, composite reliability coefficient, and cronbach’s alpha coefficient.findings: the results of data analysis showed that the supply chain ambidexterity has a negative effect on financial performance. also, the effect of supply chain ambidexterity and financial performance of small and medium companies is moderated by network capabilities.conclusion: in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage, small and medium-sized companies should pay enough attention to network capabilities to reduce the negative effects of supply chain ambivalence on company performance, as well as the flow of strategic information to increase the effect of supply chain ambivalence on company performance.
