طراحی مدل حکمرانی خوب در راستای توسعه پایدار با رویکرد کنش های نوآورانه

زمینه وهدف :حکمرانان ومدیران ، رسیدن به توسعه پایدار را در دستور کار خود قرار داده اند. توسعه پایدار به بهبود شرایط اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی منجر می گردد. اما پژوهش های موجود در زمینه عواملی که منجر به این هدف می گردد بسیار اندک است. به همین جهت هدف اصلی پژوهش به طراحی و تبیین الگوی حکمرانی خوب در حوزه صنعت و معدن در راستای توسعه پایدار با رویکرد کنش‌های نوآورانه پرداخته می شود.روش شناسی: در این پژوهش از روش کیفی و استراتژی پژوهش داده بنیاد استفاده شد. نمونه آماری شامل 22 نفر از مدیران شرکت صنعتی و معدنی گل گهر و اعضای هئیت علمی دانشگاه‌ها بود که به عنوان نمونه آماری به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد و متون مصاحبه در سه مرحله کد گذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش نشان داد که مسئولیت پذیری جامع گرا عامل شکل گیری حکمرانی خوب می‌گردد و در کنار آن پیوند گرایی دانشی، بسترهای نوآوری وکنش‌های نوآورانه به توسعه پایدار در ابعاد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی منتج می‌ می‌گردد. همچنین منابع طبیعی کشور فرصت بسیار خوبی در جهت توسعه همه جانبه کشور است.نتیجه گیری: با توجه این که منابع طبیعی فرصت ارزشمندی در جهت توسعه همه جانبه کشور است، مدیران باید با توجه به مسئولیت پذیری خود در مقابل گروه‌های مختلف جامعه ، با مهیا کردن شرایط لازم در جهت تبدیل منابع طبیعی به منافع بلندمدت جامعه گام بردارند.

designing a good governance model for sustainable development with an innovative action approach

background purpose: rulers and managers have put achieving sustainable development on their agenda. sustainable development leads to the improvement of economic, social and environmental conditions. but there are very few researches on the factors that lead to this goal. therefore, in this research, a good governance model in the field of industry and mining for sustainable development with the approach of innovative actions is designed.methodology: the statistical sample consisted of 22 managers of gol gohar industrial and mining company and faculty members of universities who were selected by purposive sampling method. semi-structured interview tools were used to collect data and the interview texts were analyzed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding.findings: the analysis of research data showed that comprehensive responsibility leads to the formation of good governance, and along with that, knowledge linkage, innovation platforms and innovative actions lead to sustainable development in social, economic and environmental dimensions. also, the country’s natural resources are a great opportunity for the comprehensive development of the country. conclusion: considering that natural resources are a valuable opportunity for the comprehensive development of the country, managers should take steps according to their responsibility towards different groups of society and prepare the necessary conditions to transform natural resources into long-term benefits of society.
