عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء چابکی سامانه‌های آماد و پشتیبانی دفاعی

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به ویژگی‌های ماموریتی سازمان‌های دفاعی و جنگ‌های آینده، چابک‌سازی سامانه‌های آماد و پشتیبانی نقش مهمی در تحقق اهداف خواهد داشت. بنابراین، در این تحقیق به بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء چابکی سامانه‌های آماد و پشتیبانی دفاعی پرداخته می‌شود.روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران، کارشناسان و کارکنان سامانه آماد و پشتیبانی یک سازمان دفاعی بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی تعداد 158 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به روش میدانی و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام شد. تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق آزمون‌های آماری تی‌تک‌نمونه‌ای، تحلیل واریانس تک‌عاملی، فریدمن و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس و لیزرل صورت پذیرفت.یافته‌ها: عوامل رهبری و مدیریتی، سازمان دانش‌محور، عوامل راهبردی، عوامل انسانی، مدیریت روابط انسانی، عوامل فناورانه، ساختار و سازمان و مشتری‌مداری به‌ترتیب بر ارتقاء چابکی سامانه‌های آماد و پشتیبانی دفاعی تاثیر دارند. عوامل پیش‌گفته در سامانه‌های آماد و پشتیبانی دفاعی از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار نیستند.نتیجه‌گیری: سرمایه‌گذاری هدفمند و بر اساس اولویت در یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر موجب ارتقاء چابکی و بهره‌وری سامانه‌های آماد و پشتیبانی دفاعی  می‌شود.

Factors Affecting the Agility of Defense Logistics

AbstractBackground & Purpose: Context/Purpose: Given the characteristics of the missions assigned to defense organizations and the characteristics of future wars, the agility of logistics systems will play an important role in the effective performance of missions. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the influential factors on agility of defense logistics.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and method is descriptivesurvey, and the statistical population of the research is the logistics managers, experts and staff of a defense organization. In this study, the judgmental sampling method was used and the sample size was calculated based on Cochran’s formula, 158 people. To collect information, mainly the field method and a researchermade questionnaire were used, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. Data analysis through onesample ttest, one way analysis of variance and Friedman and confirmatory factor analysis SPSS and LISREL softwares was done.Findings: The results indicate that leadership and management, knowledgebased organization, strategic factors, human factors, human relations management, technological factors, structure and organization and customer orientation affecting the agility of defense logistics, respectively. These factors are not in a good position in defense logistics.Conclusion: Purposeful and priority investment based on research findings in modern logistics management will improve the mobility, agility and productivity of defense logistics systems.
