بررسی رابطه بین انتقال فناوری، برون‌سپاری، قابلیت‌های سازمانی و عملکرد نوآورانه

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش عملکرد نوآورانه در بقا سازمان‌ها، کسب مزیت رقابتی و توسعه سازمانی، این پژوهش به مطالعه تاثیر انتقال فناوری، قابلیت های سازمانی و استراتژی برون‌سپاری بر عملکرد نوآورانه شرکت‌های تولیدی دارو پرداخته است.روش‌شناسی: در این پژوهش از روش شناسی پژوهش آمیخته ترتیبیتبیینی (کمی کیفی) استفاده شده است. در بخش کمی از روش تحقیق پیمایشی و در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کمی 83 شرکت داروسازی فعال در تهران بود. با توجه به اهداف پژوهش، در ابتدا، بر مبنای طرح کمی، مدل استخراجی از مبانی نظری با کمک تکنیک معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار smartpls برازش شد و سپس به منظور تعمیق فهم نتایج پژوهش، طرح کیفی مبتنی بر تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته از 5 خبره علمی و عملی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda انجام شد.یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌های کمی نشان داد که هر یک از متغیرهای؛ «برون سپاری»، «انتقال فناوری» و «قابلیت سازمانی» بر «عملکرد نوآورانه» تاثیر معناداری دارند. همچنین طی تحلیل داده های کیفی در مجموع 43 کد نهایی در قالب 10 تم فرعی از مفاهیم اصلی پژوهش استخراج شدند.نتایج: تمرکز بر قابلیت های سازمانی و سیاست های مبتنی بر انتقال فناوری و برون‌سپاری موجب می‌شود تا شرکت‌های تولیدی دارو علاوه بر قابلیت های درونی خود از قابلیت های مستقیم و غیر مستقیم سایرین نیز استفاده کنند.

The relationship between technology transfer, outsourcing and organizational capabilities with innovative performance in drug industry

Background and Aim: Today, one of the key factors for the survival of manufacturing companies is the continuous promotion of innovative performance. Innovative performance maintains competitive advantage and organizational development. On the other hand, improving the technology of products, processes and workplaces is an important factor for corporate development. Since creating innovative performance requires the use of appropriate technology, pharmaceutical companies can achieve their goals by outsourcing and technology transfer strategies. Methodology: The present study was implemented in two studies using a qualitativequantitative mixed research design. The hybrid approach in this study is anatomical mixed design. The statistical population of this study consists of 83 active pharmaceutical companies in Tehran. The quantitative design is a descriptive goal in terms of research strategy, survey and data collection methods. Accordingly, using Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Squares Technique (SmartPLS 2) for analyzing the collected data, using quantitativequalitative descriptive mixed design. Qualitative approach (using content analysis of semistructured interviews to understand the hidden angles between variables and the topic of innovation in the pharmaceutical industry) has also been used in the present study. Findings and Conclusion: The results showed that technology transfer with outsourcing leads to improved organizational capabilities and ultimately enhances product and process innovation which in turn improves innovative performance. Also the results of the content analysis of the interviews indicate the sensitivity and necessity of paying attention to the innovation of the pharmaceutical industry in the current situation.
