اثر هم افزایی بین شرکتی بر عملکرد نوآوری فناورانه و نقش تعدیلی توانمندی نوآوری فناورانه و استراتژی نوآوری (مورد نمونه: شرکت های تابعه یک سازمان فناوری محور)

زمینه و هدف: نوآوری فناورانه یکی از عوامل کلیدی موفقیت و بقا در صنایع فناوری‌محور است. بدین دلیل، شرکت‌ها بر روش‌هایی تمرکز دارند تا از طریق آن‌ها نوآوری‌های خود را ارتقا دهند. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر هم‌افزایی‌های بین‌شرکتی بر عملکرد نوآوری فناورانۀ شرکت‌ها و نقش توانمندی نوآوری فناورانه و استراتژی نوآوری در تعدیل این رابطه است.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل شرکت‌های تابعۀ یک سازمان فناوری‌محور در حوزۀ انرژی بود. داده‌های پژوهش به کمک پرسش‌نامه 50 سوالی با طیف پنج‌گانه لیکرت گردآوری شدند. برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش، از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (sem) و تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی (pls) به کمک نرم افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس (smartpls) استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که هم‌افزایی بین‌شرکتی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد شرکت در نوآوری فناورانه دارد. همچنین توانمندی نوآوری فناورانه و استراتژی نوآوری رابطه بین هم‌افزایی بین‌شرکتی و عملکرد شرکت در نوآوری فناورانه را تعدیل می‌کنند.نتیجه‌گیری: شرکت‌ها با بهره‌گیری از هم‌افزایی‌های بین‌شرکتی می‌توانند عملکرد خود را در حوزۀ نوآوری فناورانه ارتقا دهند. در این راستا، ایجاد و ارتقای توانمندی‌های نوآوری فناورانه و تدوین و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی نوآوری به بهره‌برداری بهتر از این هم‌افزایی‌ها کمک خواهد کرد.

The Effect of InterFirm Synergy on Firm’s Performance in Technological Innovation: The Moderating Roles of Technological Innovation Capability and Innovation Strategy (The Case of Subsidiaries of an Technologybased Organization)

Context/Purpose :Technological innovation has a positive effect on firm performance and is one of the key factors for success and survival, particularly in technologybased industries. Firms have been focusing on the ways through which they can boost their innovations. This study aimed to investigate the effect of interfirm synergies on firm’s performance in technological innovation by considering the moderating roles of technological innovation capability and innovation strategy. Methodology: This descriptive study is a practiceoriented research using correlational method in data collection phase. The statistical population includes the subsidiaries of an Iranian technologybased organization in energy sector. Data were collected by a 50item questionnaire with a 5point Likert scale which its validity and reliability was confirmed. Hypotheses were tested using structural equation modelling (SEM) and partial least squares (PLS) technique, employing the SmartPLS Software. Findings: The results showed that interfirm synergy significantly has a positive effect on firm’s performance in technological innovation. We also found that both technological innovation capability and innovation strategy positively moderates the relationship between interfirm synergy and firm’s performance in technological innovation. Conclusion: As the findings showed, firms can increase their performance in technological innovation by exploiting interfirm synergies. Building and Enhancing technological innovation capability and innovation strategy formulation and implementation will help them to better exploit of these synergies.
