بررسی تاثیرات آینده نگاری بر نوآوری فناورانه جهت توسعه هوشمندی راهبردی و فناورانه در سازمان‌های دفاعی

زمینه و هدف: عدم اطمینان محیطی، تحولات بیرونی مداوم و تغییرات شرایط اقتصادی به گسترش فعالیت‌های آینده‌نگاری منجر شده است. هدف آینده‌نگاری، شناسایی حوزه‌های تحقیقات راهبردی و فناوری‌های جدید است. با توجه به اهمیت سیاست‌گذاری در بهبود نوآوری فناورانه سازمان‌های دفاعی، تحقیق حاضر به بررسی تاثیرات آینده‌نگاری بر نوآوری پرداخته است. روش‌شناسی: تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ نوع استفاده، پژوهشی کاربردی و از نظر نحوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پژوهشی توصیفی همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 330 نفر از خبرگان موضوعی دانشگاهی و مدیران سازمان‌های دفاعی بود. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده بوده و برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار smart pls انجام گرفته است. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که آینده‌نگاری بر نوآوری فناورانه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین، اثر متغیر آینده‌نگاری بر هوشمندی راهبردی و فناورانه معنادار بود. نتیجه‌گیری: کسب مزیت رقابتی و بقا سازمان‌های دفاعی درگرو ارتقاء مداوم فرایند نوآوری فناورانه، فراهم نمودن بستری جهت پیاده‌سازی قابلیت‌های آینده‌نگاری و توسعه هوشمندی راهبردی است.

Investigate the Impacts of Foresight on Technological Innovation to Develop Technological and Strategic Intelligence in Defense Organizations

Field and Purpose: uncertainty, constant external developments, changes in future economic conditions and lack of comprehensive structure have led to the expansion of foresight activities and the attention of organizations. The purpose of foresight is to identify areas of strategic research and new technologies, and the success of organizations requires a time horizon based on technological innovation and the proper allocation of resources. the importance of appropriate policymaking in improving the technological innovation of defense organizations. the present study investigates the future effects of innovation on innovation. Methodology: The purpose of this study is applied and in terms of nature and method of data collection, descriptive a survey. The statistical population consists of 330 experts, academics and managers of defense organizations. The sampling method is simple and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. This study was used by structural equation modeling and LISREL software for data analysis. Funding: The results showed that foresight has a positive and significant effect on technological innovation. Also, the effect of the foresight variable on strategic and technological intelligence is significant. Besides, all research hypotheses are confirmed. Results: gaining competitive advantage and survival of defense organizations through continuous improvement of the technological innovation process is providing a framework for implementing foresight capabilities and developing strategic intelligence.
