identifying challenges in the field of performance and providing strategies for strengthening local learning centers of the literacy movement: a case study of hormozgan province

In this study, we sought to identify challenges in the field of performance and provide solutions to strengthen the local learning centers of the literacy movement in hormozgan province. for this purpose, the qualitative research method of inductive analysis with data coding system was used. the research population consisted of experts, educators and literacy students of the literacy movement of hormozgan province, (1320 people) and a sample of twentyfive people who were selected using purposive sampling method. data collection tool was in-depth interview and data analysis methods was inductive analysis. findings indicated that the functional challenges of local learning centers in hormozgan province fall into three categories: organizational harms including communication, quality of work life and organizational information technology; motivational harms including human characteristics, lack of empowerment and lack of staff training and environmental harms including political, economic, social, environmental, information technology and outside the organization factors. strengthening the cognitive and skill level of the audience and stakeholders of the project, improving the economic level of the project audience, improving the time period for educating new learners and improving the level of social support for literacy were the four key categories opportunities for advancing local learning centers. the strengthening the cognitive and skill level of the audience and project stakeholders had the highest frequency among them. the upgrading the use of technology, upgrading the executive infrastructure and upgrading the level of supervision are ways to strengthen the level of local learning centers. the strengthening the level of participation of individuals and institutions related to the project, improving the level of motivation of individuals and related institutions and improving the quantity and quality of educational fields had the highest frequency among them.

شناسایی چالش‌های حوزه‌ی عملکرد و ارائه راهکارهای تقویت مراکز یادگیری محلی نهضت سوادآموزی: مطالعه موردی استان هرمزگان

در این پژوهش، به‌دنبال شناسایی چالش‌های حوزه‌ی عملکرد و ارائه‌ی راه‌کارهای تقویت مراکز یادگیری محلی نهضت سوادآموزی در سطح استان هرمزگان بودیم. روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع تحلیل استقرایی با نظام کدگذاری داده‌ها استفاده‌ شد. جامعه‌ی پژوهشی شامل کارشناسان، آموزش‌گران و سوادآموزان نهضت سوادآموزی استان هرمزگان، به تعداد 1320نفر و نمونه شامل بیست و پنج نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب شد. هم‌چنین ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه‌ی عمیق و روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، تحلیل استقرایی بود. یافته‌ها و نتایج نشان داد، چالش‌های عملکردی مراکز یادگیری محلی در استان هرمزگان به سه دسته‌ی آسیب‌های سازمانی ازجمله ارتباطات، کیفیت زندگی کاری و فن‌آوری اطلاعات سازمانی، آسیب‌های انگیزشی ازجمله ویژگی‌های انسانی، عدم‌توانمندسازی، و عدم آموزش کارکنان و آسیب‌های محیطی شامل عوامل سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست‌‌محیطی، فناوری اطلاعات خارج سازمانی تقسیم می‌شوند. چهار مقوله‌ی کلیدی تقویت سطح شناختی و مهارتی مخاطبان و دست‌اندرکاران طرح، ارتقای سطح اقتصادی مخاطبان طرح، ارتقای بازه زمانی آموزش نوسوادان و ارتقای سطح حمایت اجتماعی از مقوله‌ی سوادآموزی، فرصت‌های پیش‌روی مراکز یادگیری محلی بودند. در این بین، مولفه‌ی تقویت سطح شناختی و مهارتی مخاطبان و دست‌اندرکاران طرح، دارای بیشترین فراوانی بود. شش مقوله‌ی ارتقای زمینه‌ی استفاده از تکنولوژی، ارتقای زیرساخت‌های اجرایی و ارتقای سطح نظارتی راه‌کارهای تقویت سطح مراکز یادگیری محلی هستند. در این بین، سه مقوله‌ی تقویت سطح مشارکت افراد و نهادهای مرتبط با طرح، ارتقای سطح انگیزشی افراد و نهادهای زیربط و ارتقای کمیت و کیفیت زمینه‌های آموزشی دارای بیشترین فراوانی بودند.
