چکیده
|
The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness components of the curriculum of undergraduate course of elementary education in farhangian university from the perspective of experts. the statistical population of this research consisted of professors of farhangian university in 2020. the sample of this study was selected by accessible sampling method. a total of information was collected from six prominent university professors who taught at farhangian universities. the data collection tool in this study was semi-structured interview. results revealed that effectiveness components of the curriculum of undergraduate course of elementary education in farhangian university were “determining and implementing desirable educational goals”, “using experienced professors from the schools”, “using appropriate educational content”, “considering the students’ characteristics” and” appropriate physical appearance and up-to-date facilities. generally, the research results support the revision of the teacher training curriculum in order to be more effective.

Abstract
|
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین مؤلفه‌های اثربخشی دوره کارشناسی آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان از دیدگاه متخصصان انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سال 1399 تشکیل داد. نمونه ی این پژوهش با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. در مجموع از شش تن از اساتید برجسته دانشگاه که در دانشگاه های فرهنگیان مشغول به تدریس هستند اطلاعات گرداوری شد. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش مصاحبه حضوری بوده است. محقق با حضور در دفتر کار هرکدام از اساتید، ضمن تشریح کامل اهداف و فرایند پژوهش، مصاحبه پژوهشی خود را از ایشان به عمل آورده و سپس دسته بندی و تبیین نموده است و سپس با سوالی باز پاسخ از صاحبنظران (مصاحبه شوندگان) مولفه های اثربخشی دوره کارشناسی آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان را جویا شده است. مؤلفه‌های اثربخشی دوره کارشناسی آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان از دیدگاه متخصصان به ترتیب »تعیین و اجرای اهداف مطلوب آموزشی «، »استفاده از اساتید مجرب از بدنه آموزش و پرورش «، »استفاده از محتوای مطلوب آموزشی «، »توجه به ویژگی دانشجویان « و »ظاهر فیزیکی مناسب و امکانات به روز « تبیین شدند.
