ارائه چارچوبی برای دانشگاه تاب‌آور: درس‌آموخته‌هایی از دانشگاه‌های غیردولتی

دانشگاه‌های غیردولتی در شرایط رقابتی و مخاطرات محیطی قرار دارند. به همین دلیل باید به تاب‌آوری سازمانی، بیشتر توجه کنند. پس در راستای اهمیت تاب‌آوری دانشگاه‌های غیردولتی، هدف از این تحقیق ارائه چارچوبی برای دانشگاه‌های تاب‌آور بوده است. این تحقیق از نوع پژوهش‌های آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) با رویکرد اکتشافی است که در در بخش نخست با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند با مدیران و اساتید دانشگاه‌های غیردولتی به تعداد 15 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌‌برفی و هدفمند بوده ‌است. در بخش کمّی از روش توصیفی-پیمایشی استفاده شده که جامعه آماری آن برابر با کلیه کارکنان چند دانشگاه غیردولتی در تهران با حجم 200 نفر بوده است. نمونه‌گیری با استفاده از روش خوشه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در این بخش با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss و smart pls صورت گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان‌دهنده شبکه مضامین توسعه‌یافته در این پژوهش دارای 320 مضمون پایه، 42 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 8 مضمون فراگیر بوده ‌است. در این شبکه مضامین، مضامین فراگیر 8 گانه دانشگاه تاب‌آور غیردولتی شامل تاب‌آوری اجرایی، تاب‌آوری فرهنگی، تاب‌آوری مالی، تاب‌آوری رهبری، تاب‌آوری راهبردی، تاب‌آوری آموزشی، تاب‌آوری کارکنان و تاب‌آوری پژوهشی بوده ‌است. با شناسایی مضامین اصلی و فرعی، چارچوب دانشگاه تاب‌آور ارائه شده است که در نهایت مدل نهایی (چارچوب دانشگاه تاب‌آور) مورد تایید قرار گرفته است.

providing a framewok for a resilient university: lesson learned from non-profit universities

non-profit universities are in competitive conditions and environmental risks. for this reason, they should pay more attention to organizational resilience. hence, in line with the importance of resilience of non-profit universities, the purpose of this research is to design a framework for resilient universities. this research is a mixed research using an exploratory approach based on thematic analysis methodology. the data collection method is semi-structured interviews with managers, as well 15 professors at non-profit universities using snowball and targeted sampling strategy. in the quantitative phase,statistical population was all the employees of several non-profit universities in tehran, whose sample size was 200. sample was selected using random cluster method. data  was analyzed using spss and smart pls software. the findings of the research show that the network of themes developed in this research has 320 basic themes, 42 organizing themes and 8 inclusive themes. in this network of themes, the 8 comprehensive themes of non-profit resilient university include executive resilience, cultural resilience, financial resilience, leadership resilience, strategic resilience, educational resilience, staff resilience and research resilience. by identifying the main and sub-themes, the framework of resilient university has been designed, and finally the final model (the framework of resilient university) was approved.
