تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی مطالعات جهانی حوزه رهبری زنان براساس داده‌های پایگاه وب آو ساینس: مقایسه پژوهش‌های پنج قاره

پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی مطالعات جهانی حوزه رهبری زنان در پایگاه وب آو ساینس براساس پژوهش‌های پنج قاره و مقایسه آن‌ها با یکدیگر است. این پژوهش علم‌سنجی از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی با بهره‌مندی از فنون کتاب‌سنجی و مصورسازی نظیر فنون تحلیل هم‌واژگانی و تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش، 3207 رکورد در حوزه رهبری زنان در بازه زمانی 1975-2021، در پایگاه وب آو ساینس است که در آگوست 2021، بازیابی شده‌اند. از نرم‌افزارهای هیست سایت، بیب اکسل و اکسل به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها و از نرم‌افزار وی‌اُ اس ویور برای‌ ترسیم نقشه‌ها استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد قاره‌های آمریکا، اروپا، آسیا، اقیانوسیه و آفریقا به‌ترتیب در 1575، 1005، 486، 227 و 172 تولید علمی سهم داشته‌اند. ایالات متحده آمریکا تاثیرگذارترین کشور و دانشگاه‌های استنفورد، نورث‌وسترن و هاروارد به‌ترتیب پرتولیدترین، تاثیرگذارترین و حائز بیشترین همکاری بودند. حوزه اقتصاد کسب‌و‌کار بیشترین مشارکت در مطالعات را داشته است. واژگان کلیدی جنسیت، رهبری و زنان پرتکرارترین واژگان‌ در مطالعات قاره‌ها بودند. زوج‌های هم‌واژگانی جنسیت-رهبری، رهبری-زنان و جنسیت-زنان زوج‌های مشترک پرتکرار در پنج قاره بودند. در مطالعات قاره آمریکا «جنسیت، رهبری زنان، عملکرد، سازمان‌ها و رفتار»، در مطالعات قاره اروپا «جنسیت، زنان، کلیشه‌ها، آموزش‌و‌پرورش، اشتغال و خطر»، در مطالعات قاره آسیا «جنسیت، زنان، مدیریت، اشتغال، عملکرد و فرهنگ»، در مطالعات قاره اقیانوسیه «جنسیت، زنان، کلیشه‌ها، قدرت و مدیریت» و در مطالعات قاره آفریقا «جنسیت، رهبری، زنان، مدیریت، اشتغال و آموزش‌و‌پرورش» موضوعات داغ بوده‌اند. پژوهشگران آمریکایی بر عملکرد و رفتار رهبری/رهبران زن، پژوهشگران اروپایی بر رهبری زنان در آموزش‌و‌پرورش، پژوهشگران آسیایی، اقیانوسیه و آفریقایی بر مدیریت زنان در مشاغل و حوزه آموزش‌و‌پرورش متمرکز هستند. شناسایی موضوعات داغ زمینه را برای سرمایه‌گذاری بیشتر دولت‌ها به منظور رشد و توسعه زنان برای احراز پست رهبری در سازمان‌ها آماده می‌کند.

bibliographic analysis of global studies in women leadership based on web of science database: a comparison of five continents’ studies

the purpose of this study is the bibliographic analysis of global studies in the field of women’s leadership on the web of science based on research from five continents and comparing them with each other. this scientometrics study is a descriptive-analytical research using bibliometric and illustration techniques such as coword analysis and social network analysis. the research population is 3207 records in the field of women’s leadership in the period 1975-2021 on the web of science database, which were retrieved in august 2021. histcite, bibexcel and excel are used to analyze the data and vos software is used to draw maps. the results show that the americas, europe, asia, oceania and africa contributed to 1575, 1005, 486, 227 and 172 scientific productions, respectively. the united states was the most influential country, and stanford, northwestern, and harvard universities were the most productive, influential, and most cooperative, respectively. the area of business economics has had the most participation in studies. the keywords gender, leadership, and women were the most frequently used keywords in the study of continents. coword pairs of gender-leadership, leadership-women, and gender-women were the most frequently used keywords pairs on five continents. in the american studies “gender, women’s leadership, performance, organizations, and behavior”, in the european studies “gender, women, stereotypes, education, employment, and risk”, in the asian studies “gender, women, management, employment, work, and culture”, in oceanic studies &gender, women, stereotypes, power, and management&, and in african studies “gender, leadership, women, management, employment and education”, were hot topics. american researchers focuse on leadership performance and behavior/women leaders in general, european researchers focuse on women leadership in education, asian, oceanic and african researchers focuse on women management in careers and education. identifying hot topics paves the way for more investment in women’s growth and development for leadership positions in governments and organizations.
