تاثیر عوامل موثر بر خط‌مشی‌گذاری پارک‌های علم و فناوری و شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان بر بروندادهای آن‌ها با نقش میانجی کارآفرینی فناورانه

هدف مقاله حاضر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری عوامل موثر بر خط‌مشی‌گذاری پارک‌های علم و فناوری و شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان بر بروندادهای خط‌مشی‌گذاری آن‌ها با نقش میانجی کارآفرینی فناورانه است که به همین منظور از طرح تحقیق کمی بهره گرفته می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی محسوب می‌شود. نمونه آماری پژوهش، 32 پارک علم و فناوری کشور ایران و شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان درون آن‌ها است. پس از بررسی پیشینه پژوهش، اسناد و مدارک و همچنین انجام مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان موضوع، مدل پژوهش طراحی شد و پرسشنامه‌ای برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها تنظیم شد. با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری ارتباط بین متغیرها بررسی شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد عوامل شبکه‌سازی، سازمانی، بعد عوامل نهادی و برون‌سازمانی، عوامل موثر خط‌مشی‌گذاری پارک‌های علم و فناوری هستند. پیشنهاد می‌شود این پژوهش در سایر محیط‌های سازمانی (اعم از سازمان‌های بزرگ و یا کوچک و متوسط) یا در صنایع مختلف مورد بررسی و مقایسه‌ تطبیقی قرار گیرد.

The Impact of Effective Factors on the PolicyMaking in Science and Technology Parks and KnowledgeBased Companies on Their Outputs: The Mediating Role of Technological Entrepreneurship

The purpose of this paper is to present a structural equation model of the effective factors on the policymaking in science and technology parks and knowledgebased companies on their outputs with the mediating role of technological entrepreneurship, for which a quantitative research design is used. The study is an applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical sample of the research is 32 science and technology parks in Iran and their affiliated knowledgebased companies. After reviewing the research background, documents, and also conducting semistructured interviews with subject matter experts, the research model was designed and a questionnaire was prepared to collect data. The relationship between variables was investigated using structural equation modeling. Findings show that networking, organizational, institutional and extraorganizational factors are effective factors of policymaking in science and technology parks. It is suggested to compare the results of this research with other organizational environments, whether large or small and medium organizations, and to conduct its results in other industries.
