نقش پویایی‌ های اجتماعی قومی در توسعه پایدار و انسجام اجتماعی در استان آذربایجان غربی

زمینه و هدف: استان آذربایجان غربی به دلیل تنوع گسترده قومی، از مناطق چندفرهنگی ایران محسوب می‌شود. این تنوع، هم می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک ظرفیت برای توسعه پایدار عمل کند و هم چالشی برای انسجام اجتماعی باشد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر پویایی‌های اجتماعی قومی (هویت قومی، تعاملات قومی و شبکه اجتماعی قومی) بر توسعه پایدار و انسجام اجتماعی در این استان است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر روش میدانی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان انتظامی بومی استان آذربایجان غربی، نخبگان محلی و فعالان اجتماعی بود که از میان آن‌ها، نمونه‌ای 384 نفری به روش تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، سه پرسشنامه استاندارد بود که روایی و پایایی آن‌ها تایید شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (sem) و نرم‌افزارهای smart pls 4 وspss  انجام گرفت.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهند که پویایی‌های اجتماعی قومی تاثیر معناداری بر توسعه پایدار (ضریب اثر 785/0، سطح معناداری 001/0) و انسجام اجتماعی (ضریب اثر 703/0، سطح معناداری 001/0) در استان آذربایجان غربی دارند.نتیجه گیری: مدیریت صحیح تنوع قومی از طریق سیاست‌های عدالت‌محور، تقویت برنامه‌های آموزشی و فرهنگی، بهبود مشارکت اجتماعی و اجرای راهبردهای توزیع عادلانه منابع، می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز افزایش انسجام اجتماعی و دستیابی به توسعه پایدار باشد. یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند در تدوین سیاست‌های کلان برای مناطق دارای تنوع قومیتی، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

the role of ethnicities on sustainable development andsocial cohesion in west azerbaijan province

background and objective: west azerbaijan province, due to its extensive ethnic diversity, is considered one of iran's multicultural regions. this diversity can serve as both an opportunity for sustainable development and a challenge for social cohesion. the present study aims to examine the impact of ethnic social dynamics (ethnic identity, ethnic interactions, and ethnic social networks) on sustainable development and social cohesion in this province.method: this research employs a descriptive-analytical and field-based approach. the statistical population includes local law enforcement personnel, local elites, and social activists in west azerbaijan province. a sample of 384 individuals was selected using a cluster random sampling method. data were collected using three standardized questionnaires, whose validity and reliability were confirmed. data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (sem) and processed with smart pls 4 and spss software.findings: the findings of the study indicate that ethnic social dynamics have a significant impact on sustainable development (effect size 0.785, significance level 0.001) and social cohesion (effect size 0.703, significance level 0.001) in the west azerbaijan province.conclusion: effective management of ethnic diversity through justice-oriented policies, strengthening educational and cultural programs, enhancing social participation, and implementing equitable resource distribution strategies can foster greater social cohesion and facilitate sustainable development. the findings of this study can contribute to the formulation of macro policies for multi-ethnic regions
