نقش تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌های کلان در مدیریت بحران سازمان پلیس‌ ایران

زمینه و هدف:  داده‌های کلان نقش مهمی در عملکرد سازمان‌های پلیسی مدرن، ‌ایفا می‌کنند. ‌این تحقیق به بررسی نقش تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌های کلان  بر ابعاد مختلف مدیریت بحران پلیس‌ایران می‌پردازد.روش: ‌این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی با رویکرد کمی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری ‌این پژوهش را 351 نفر از فرماندهان، مدیران ارشد و متخصصان خبره فناوری اطلاعات پلیس تشکیل می‌دهند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 188 نفر از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان اعضای نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه داده‌های کلان و مدیریت بحران، بعد از بومی‌سازی مبنای تحقیق و برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌های کلان تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مدیریت بحران پلیس ‌ایران دارد. همچنین، تاثیر مثبت و معنادار داده‌های کلان بر ابعاد مختلف مدیریت بحران از جمله پیش‌بینی و پیشگیری، تصمیم‌گیری، تخصیص منابع و هماهنگی بین واحدها تایید شد.نتیجه‌گیری: با‌توجه به ‌این‎که تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌های کلان می‌تواند نقش کلیدی در ارتقای توانمندی‌های مدیریت بحران پلیس‌ایران ‌ایفا کند و زمینه را برای واکنش‌های سریع‌تر، دقیق‌تر و موثرتر در شرایط بحرانی فراهم آورد، بنابراین در سازمان پلیس برای بهره‌برداری کامل از‌این پتانسیل بایستی برنامه‌ریزی دقیق، سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌ها و آموزش مداوم نیروی انسانی صورت گیرد، نتایج ‌این پژوهش می‌تواند به ارتقای مدیریت موثر بحران سازمان پلیس کمک کند.

the role of big data analysis in crisis management of the iranian police organization

background and objective: big data plays an important role in the performance of modern police organizations. this study examines the role of big data analysis on various dimensions of iranian police crisis management.method: this study is a descriptive-survey type with a quantitative approach and is applied in terms of purpose. the statistical population of this study consists of 351 senior managers and police information technology experts, of whom 188 were selected as sample members through simple random sampling using the cochran formula. to collect data, the big data and crisis management questionnaire was used after localization. structural equation modeling was also used to analyze the data.findings: the findings showed that big data analysis has a positive and significant effect on iranian police crisis management. also, the positive and significant effect of big data on various dimensions of crisis management, including prediction and prevention, decision-making, resource allocation, and coordination between units, was confirmed.conclusion: given that big data analysis can play a key role in improving the crisis management capabilities of the iranian police and pave the way for faster, more accurate, and more effective responses in crisis situations, the police organization should fully utilize this potential by conducting careful planning, investing in infrastructure, and continuous training of human resources. the results of this study can help improve the effective crisis management of the police organization. keywords: big data, crisis management, iranian police, crisis prediction, decision-making
