مرور نظام‌مند پژوهش‌ های صیانت از کارکنان پلیس با روش فرا ترکیب

زمینه و هدف: سرمایه اصلی هر سازمان کارکنان آن هستند؛ بنابراین، صیانت و ایجاد محیطی امن، پاک و سالم با هدف ارتقای آگاهی و بصیرت کارکنان و مهار آسیب‌پذیری، از وظایف ذاتی سازمان‌ است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، مرور نظام‌مند پژوهش‌های صیانت کارکنان با روش فراترکیب است.روش‌: پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی تحلیلی ازنوع بنیادی با بهره‌گیری‌از روش فراترکیب و مرور نظام‌مند است. در ابتدا، تعداد 131 پژوهش با هدف مزبور یافت شد که 50 مورد از آنها به‌دلیل یا هم پوشانی حذف شد و 81 پژوهش باقی‌مانده، با‌استفاده‌از فیلتر براساس عنوان، چکیده و کل متن، مورد غربالگری قرار گرفت و برای انجام این غربالگری نیز از ابزار سی. ای. اس. پی استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: مطابق یافته‌های پژوهش، آگاه‌سازی‌ها و کمیسیون‌های صیانتی، ارشاد کارکنان و انتشار پیام‌های صیانتی، آموزش‌های دینی و فرهنگ مشارکت‌جمعی و نیز توانمندسازی ساختاری، زمینه‌ای و رفتاری، چهار پیامد اصلی صیانت کارکنان است.نتایج: آگاه‌سازی، رویکرد ایجابی، استمرار توجیه و ارشاد کارکنان درمعرض خطر، ترویج تفکر سیستمی، تهیه و نشر پیام‌های صیانتی، حفظ کرامت انسانی، آموزه‌های دینی و نقش فرماندهان متعهد و متخصص، سیستم ارتباطی اثربخش، نقش مراقبتی، ممانعتی و مقابله‌ای فرماندهان از مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های صیانت کارکنان است.

a systematic review of researches on the protection of police officers with a meta-composite method

background and purpose: the main capital of any organization is its employees, maintaining and creating a safe, clean and healthy environment with the aim of improving the awareness and insight of employees and curbing vulnerability is one of the inherent duties of supervisory organizations. the aim of the present study is to systematically review the researches on employee safety with the meta-composite method.methodology: the current research is descriptive-analytical of a fundamental type and in it, the meta-combination and systematic or systematic review method has been used to investigate the researches on employee protection. in order to search and select suitable articles, 131 researches were found and 50 of them had defects or overlapped with each other. after removing the mentioned cases, in total, 81 studies were selected, most of which were dedicated to articles. all articles and reports were screened using filter based on title, filter based on abstract and filter based on full text. casp tool was used to perform this screening.findings:. the findings of the research have implications: safety awareness and commissions, employee guidance and dissemination of safety messages, religious teachings and culture of collective participation, structural, contextual and behavioral empowerment are the four main consequences of employee safety.conclusion: raising awareness, positive approach, continuous justification and guidance of employees at risk, promotion of systemic thinking, preparation and publication of safety messages, preservation of human dignity, religious teachings and the role of committed and expert commanders, effective communication system, caring role, obstruction and confrontation of commanders is one of the most important components of employee protection.
