الگوی ارتقای اشراف اطلاعاتی فراجا با تاکید بر نقش تجهیزات هوایی

زمینه و هدف: اشراف اطلاعاتی یکی‌از اولویت های مهم پلیس است و تلاش می شود تا در تمام بخش‏ های ماموریتی فراجا نهادینه سازی شود؛ ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی ارتقای اشراف اطلاعاتی با تاکید بر نقش تجهیزات هوایی انجام شده‌است.روش: پژوهش حاضر ازنوع آمیخته اکتشافی است. داده های پژوهش به‌صورت میدانی و ازطریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته در بخش کیفی و توزیع پرسش‌نامه در بخش کمی تدوین شده‌ و روایی پرسش‌نامه ‌ها ازطریق روایی صوری به تایید رسیده‌است. برای محاسبه پایایی پرسش‌نامه در بخش کیفی، از روش پایایی بین دو کدگذار با توافق 92% و برای سنجش پایایی پرسش‌نامه در بخش کمی، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که برابر با 88% گزارش گردید. مشارکت کنندگان در بخش کیفی شامل 19 نفر از خبرگانِ هوافراجا، پهپاد فراجا، سازمان اطلاعات و سایر پلیس های تخصصی فراجا و جامعه آماری بخش کمی نیز تعداد 73 نفر از کارشناسان سازمان‌های مربوطه بودند. در تحلیل داده های کیفی که در آن از روش تحلیل‌مضمونی جهت دار استفاده شد، نرم افزار مکس‌کیو‌دی‌ای و برای تحلیل توصیفی و استنباطی داده های پرسش‌نامه بخش کمی از نر‌ افزار اس. پی. اس. اس. بهره برداری شد.یافته‌ها: طبق یافته‌های حاصل‌از تحلیل مضامین در بخش کیفی، در فرآیند ارتقای اشراف اطلاعاتی فراجا با تاکید بر نقش تجهیزات هوایی، تعداد 3 مضمون فراگیر، 15 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 79 مضمون پایه‌ای مدّ نظر قرار گرفته‌است. نتایج بخش کمی نیز بیانگر این مهم است که ابعاد مربوطه در سطح خطای 5 درصد پیش‌بین های مناسبی برای تدوین الگوی ارتقا اشراف اطلاعاتی فراجا با تاکید بر نقش تجهیزات هوایی هستند.نتایج: ابعاد موثر در ارتقای اشراف اطلاعاتی هوایی فراجا می‌توانند در قالب جهت‌سازها، الزامات و اشراف چندوجهی مطرح شوند و دراین‌خصوص، پیشنهادهایی کاربردی جهت ارتقای اشراف فراجا ازطریق کاربرد تجهیزات هوایی ارائه شده‌است.

the model for the promotion of supramacy police intelligence with an emphasis on the role of air equipment

background and purpose: the issue of intelligence elites is one of the important priorities of the police and efforts are being made to institutionalize this issue in all parts of mammootty. therefore، the present research was conducted with the aim of providing a model for the promotion of intelligence aristocracy with an emphasis on the role of air equipment.method: the current research method was mixed-exploratory. the research data was compiled in the field and through semi-structured interviews in the qualitative part and distribution of questionnaires in the quantitative part. the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed through face validity. to calculate the reliability of the qualitative part of the questionnaire، the reliability method between two coders with an agreement percentage of 92% was used، and to measure the reliability of the quantitative part of the questionnaire، cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used، which was reported as 88%. the participants in the qualitative part included 19 experts from faraja air، faraja uav، intelligence organization and other specialized police of faraja، and the quantitative part included 73 experts from the relevant organizations. maxqda software was used to analyze the qualitative data using the thematic analysis method، and spss software was used for the descriptive and inferential analysis of the questionnaire data.findings: the findings from the analysis of the themes in the qualitative part showed that in the process of promoting the intelligence elites of faraja، emphasizing the role of air equipment، 3 comprehensive themes، 15 organizing themes and 79 basic themes should be considered. the results of the quantitative part also indicated that the relevant dimensions at the 5% error level are suitable predictors for the development of a model for the promotion of intelligence elites، emphasizing the role of air equipment.conclusion: the results showed that the effective dimensions in the promotion of faraja’s air intelligence elites can be presented in the form of direction makers، requirements and multifaceted elites. at the end، some practical suggestions were presented for the promotion of faraja nobles through the use of air equipment.
