الگوی تربیت هنرمند تراز انقلاب اسلامی با تاکید بر دیدگاه حضرت امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله العالی)

زمینه و هدف: هنر می‌ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ هر اﻧﻘﻼب، ﺗﻤﺪن و فرهنگ را ﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﺎر ﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪ. هدف تربیت هنرمند تراز برای فراگیری هنر انقلابی اﺳﺖ، تا در دل، ﻗﻠﺐ و روح ایشان به منظور ایجاد تعهد به نظام و ادامه دهنده راه انقلاب اسلامی ﺗاﺛﻴﺮ بگذارد.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش، توصیفی و ازنظر گردآوری داده‌ها، یک مطالعه ترکیبی در چارچوب نظری فرمایشات امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله العالی) است. در گام اول، با استفاده از روش تمام شمار و فیش‌برداری، بیانات رهبری بررسی و کلیدواژه های احصاءشده توسط تعداد 5 نفر خبره مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت که پس از حذف واژه‌های مشترک و همچنین، اعمال پیشنهادهای دریافت‌شده، پرسش‌نامه تدوین، و در سطح جامعه نمونه به تعداد 80 نفر توزیع شد. برای تایید نهایی ساختار، از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در نرم‌افزار3 smart pls استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: الگوی تربیت هنرمند تراز انقلاب اسلامی را می‌توان با استفاده از سه بعد ساختار دینی و انقلابی با 10 شاخص، تخصص و تعهد هنری با 9 شاخص، فرهنگ‌سازی و آگاهی‌بخشی با 8 شاخص و درمجموع، تعداد 27 شاخص کلیدی ارزیابی نمود.نتایج: الگوی هنرمند تراز با بررسی و احصاء تمام شاخص‌های به دست آمده در سه بعد بصیرت دینی و انقلابی هنرمند تراز، تخصص و تعهد هنری هنرمند تراز، فرهنگ‌سازی و آگاهی‌بخشی هنرمند تراز انقلابی اسلامی با شاخص‌های مربوطه به نتیجه می‌رسد.

the model of training an artist at the level of the islamic revolution with emphasis on the vision of imam khamenei

background and purpose: art can perpetuate any revolution, civilization and culture. the goal of training taraz artist is to learn revolutionary art, to influence their heart, soul and spirit in order to create commitment to the system and continue the path of islamic revolution.method: this research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of method, and in terms of data collection, it is a combined study in the theoretical framework of imam khamenei’s (madazla al-ali) statements. in the first step, by using the total count method, the statements of the survey leader and the key words were evaluated by 5 experts, after removing the common words and also applying the suggestions received, a questionnaire was compiled, and at the level of the sample community. it was distributed to 80 people. for the final verification of the structure, confirmatory factor analysis was used in smart pls 3 software.findings: the model of training an artist at the level of the islamic revolution can be evaluated using the three dimensions of religious and revolutionary structure with 10 indicators, artistic expertise and commitment with 9 indicators, culture creation and awareness with 8 indicators and a total of 27 key indicators.results: the taraz artist model is concluded by examining and counting all the indicators obtained in the three dimensions of the religious and revolutionary vision of the taraz artist, the expertise and artistic commitment of the taraz artist, the culturalization and awareness of the islamic revolutionary taraz artist with the relevant indicators.
