تاثیر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و سلامت روان بر فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان پلیس

زمینه و هدف: فرسودگی شغلی فرآیندی از خستگی جسمی و روانی است که در اثر فشار هیجانی ثابت و پی‌در‌پی ناشی‌از درگیری درازمدت در انسان ایجاد می‌شود و حرفه پلیسی نیز یکی از مشاغل پر فشار است که وجود عوامل فشار زا در این حرفه می‌تواند افسران و ماموران پلیس را مستعد فرسودگی شغلی و مشکلات روان‌شناختی دیگری همچون افسردگی و اضطراب کند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و سلامت روان بر فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان پلیس است.روش: روش تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است و شیوه جمع آوری اطلاعات در آن، میدانی است.یافته‌ها: برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، تعداد 420 نفر از کارکنان پلیس‌پیشگیری‌تهران‌بزرگ به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش فرسودگی شغلی از پرسش‌نامه فرسودگی شغلی مزلج(mbi)، جهت سنجش سلامت روان، از فهرست تجدیدنظرشده علائم روانیscl-90)) و برای سنجش عوامل شخصیتی از پرسشنامه شخصیتی نئو(neopi-r) استفاده شده‌است.نتایج: اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده که به‌وسیله آزمون‌های تی  و  من- ویتنی، آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون کروسکال والیس و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری خطی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارspss  انجام گرفت، حاکی از آن است که بین خستگی هیجانی با برون‌گرایی، دلپذیر‌بودن و باوجدان‌بودن، ضریب همبستگی وجود دارد. همچنین، بین عدم‌کفایت شخصی با انعطاف‌پذیری و دلپذیر‌بودن ضریب همبستگی معنی‌داری وجود ندارد.

the effect of personality traits and mental health on job burnout of police officers

background and purpose: job burnout is a process of physical and mental fatigue that is caused by constant and continuous emotional pressure caused by long-term conflict in humans. the police profession is one of the stressful professions, and the existence of stressful factors in this profession can make police officers susceptible to job burnout and other psychological problems such as depression and anxiety. the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of personality traits and mental health on job burnout of police officers.method: the research method is descriptive, correlational, and applied in terms of purpose, and the method of collecting information is field.findings: to achieve the objectives of the research, 420 employees of the prevention police of greater tehran were selected by cluster sampling. to measure job burnout, mbi questionnaire was used, to measure mental health, the revised list of scl-90 was used, and to measure personality factors, neopi-r was used.results: the obtained information, which was conducted by t and mann-whitney tests, one-way analysis of variance and kruskal-wallis test and linear multivariate regression analysis using spss software, showed that between emotional exhaustion with extroversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness, the coefficient there is correlation. also, there is no significant correlation between personal inadequacy and flexibility and agreeableness coefficient.
