شناسایی روندهای فناورانه مدیریت پیشگیری از جرم

پژوهش حاضر، مبتنی‌بر دانش آینده‌پژوهی و بر اساس یکی از الگوهای مهم این دانش، به‌دنبال توسعه مدیریت پیشگیری از جرم در محیط عملیاتی آینده انجام‌ شد. محیط یادشده در عرصه‌های اجتماعی، فناورانه، اقتصادی، بوم‌شناسی، سیاسی و ارزش‌ها، درحال دگرگونی است؛ بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر به‌دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که «روندهای فناورانه مدیریت پیشگیری از جرم کدام‌اند» و از این نظر، پژوهش کاربردی است و براساس روش‌شناسی کیفی انجام پذیرفته‌است. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش، خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه مدیریت پیشگیری از جرایم بوده‌اند و ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته است. روش تحلیل داده‌ها در پژوهش حاضر، روش تحلیل‌مضمون است و یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که رشد شتابان فناوری و سرعت بالای تغییرات در این محیط و قابلیت به‌کارگیری آن در جرایم متعدد باعث متحول‌شدن بیشتر فرآیندها و محصولات متداول موجود می‌شود و عرصه نوینی را برای نوآوری‌های فناورانه پدید می‌آورد که به‌نوبه‌خود، در حوزه پیشگیری از جرم نیز موثر خواهند بود. ازجمله مهم‌ترین نتایج پژوهش حاضر این‌ است که طراحی ساختار مناسب برای مدیریت پیشگیری از جرم، تا حد بسیار زیادی در گرو در‌اختیارداشتن بصیرت‌ها و بینش‌های جدید و درخور توسط راهبران و برنامه ریزان است و روندهای فناورانه کمک ‌می‌کند که این بصیرت حاصل شود.

the current research, based on the knowledge of future studies and based on one of the important patterns of this knowledge, was carried out in order to develop crime prevention management in the future operational environment. the mentioned environment is changing in social, technological, economic, ecological, political and values ​​fields; based on this, the current research seeks to answer the question of what are the technological trends of crime prevention management and from this point of view, the research is practical and based on qualitative methodology. the research participants were experts and experts in the field of crime prevention management, and the research tool was a semi-structured interview. the method of data analysis in the current research is the content analysis method and the findings of the research show that the rapid growth of technology and the high speed of changes in this environment and the ability to use it in many crimes cause the transformation of most existing processes and common products and create a new field for technological innovations. brings that, in turn, they will be effective in the field of crime prevention. among the most important results of the current research is that the design of a suitable structure for the management of crime prevention depends to a great extent on having new and appropriate insights and insights by leaders and planners, and technological trends help to achieve this insight.
