نظریه اقتصاد انتظام و امنیت ملی جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران؛ نقشه پویایی‌‌ اقتصادی کل‌نگرانه

داشتن تصوری نسبتاً روشن و رسمیت‌یافته از نحوه پویایی انتظام و امنیت ملی از منظری اقتصادی(در سپهر تحلیلی علم اقتصاد) با استفاده از نمادهایی گویا و مفید، در جهت جلوگیری از سردرگمی، بسیار مهم است. به‌علاوه، تحلیل بی‌ضابطه و غیرروشمند(نظریه‌پردازی‌نشده) اقتصادی از پدیده‌های مرتبط با نظم ‌عمومی و امنیت ملی، موجب تشتت در آرا و عدم‌انسجام در برنامه‌ریزی و تزلزل در اقدام و اتلاف منابع و سرانجام، پدید آمدن نتایج و پیامدهایی ناسازگار با اهداف می‌گردد. مقاله حاضر، برگرفته‌ای بسیار فشرده از پژوهشی نظریه‌پردازانه در عرصه اقتصاد انتظام و امنیت ملی جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران است؛ که در آن سعی شده‌است تا با رویکردی روشمند و علمی، واقعیت پویای انتظام و امنیت از دیدگاهی اقتصادی در قالب یک نظریه، انتزاع(برساخته و بازنمایی بدلی) شود. به این منظور، ابتدا ادبیات علمی و مفاهیم مرتبط با نظریه و نظریه‌پردازی علمی، نظم و امنیت ملی مرور و سپس مفاهیم کاربردی موردنیاز در فرآیند نظریه‌پردازی، در عرصه ماهیت و ابزارهای تحلیلی علم اقتصاد، انتظام ملی و امنیت ملی احصا گردیدند. این ادبیات علمی و مفاهیم، شامل دستاوردهای تفکر خلاقانه اندیشمندان و آموزه‌های برگرفته از فرهنگ قرآنی، به‌ویژه با ملاحظه برخی مفاهیم شبکه‌های معنایی هستند. در جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران، فضای تحلیلی یادشده، با فضای گفتمانیِ اقتصاد مقاومتی دارای سازگاری کامل است؛ از این‌رو، در نظریه‌پردازی حاضر، از نظریه مبنایی اقتصاد مقاومتی به‌عنوان شالوده اصلی و نظریه پایه برای ارائه نظریه اقتصاد انتظام و امنیت ملی جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران استفاده شده‌است.

the theory of economics of national orderliness and security of the islamic republic of iran; a holistic economic dynamics map

it is very important to have a relatively clear and formalized idea of the dynamics of orderliness and national security from an economic point of view(in the analytical sphere of economics) using expressive and useful symbols in order to avoid confusion. in addition, an irregular and unmethodical(untheorized) economical study of the phenomena related to public orderarrangement and national security causes confusion in opinions and incoherence in planning and hesitation in action and waste of resources and finally, the emergence of results and consequences inconsistent with the goals. the present article is a very condensed extract from a research and theoretical report in the field of economics of national orderliness and security of the islamic republic of iran. in the aforementioned research, it has been tried to represent the dynamic abstracted reality of orderliness  and security from an economic point of view in the form of a theory with a methodical and scientific approach. for this purpose, first, the scientific literature and concepts related to scientific theory and theorizing, national order and security were reviewed, and then the practical concepts needed in the process of theorizing, in the field of nature and analytical tools of economics and national orderliness and national security have been deduced and reported. this scientific literature and concepts include the achievements of creative thinking of experts and teachings derived from quranic culture, especially considering some concepts of the semantic networks. the basic theory of moghavematy economy has been used as the main foundation for theorizing.
