مرور نظام مند پژوهش‌‌های کنترل ناآرامی‌‌های اجتماعی با روش فراترکیب

زمینه و هدف: ناآرامی‌‌ها با هر ماهیتی، تاثیر مهمی بر امنیت جامعه داشته و عدم کنترل و مقابله به‌موقع، زمینه‌ساز بروز بحران‌‌های دیگر شده و هزینه و صدمات جبران ناپذیری را در پی دارد؛ ازاین‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر، مرور نظام مند پژوهش‌‌های کنترل ناآرامی‌‌های اجتماعی با روش فراترکیب است.روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع توسعه‌ای بوده و در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و بااستفاده‌از روش فراترکیب با روش هفت مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو انجام شد. قلمرو مطالعه شامل کلیه تحقیقات و مطالعات خارجی در بازه زمانی 2013 تا 2023 و مطالعات داخلی در بازه زمانی 1392 تا 1402 در حوزه کنترل یا مقابله با ناآرامی‌‌های اجتماعی است. در این راستا، مقالات و اسناد به‌دست‌آمده با توجه به معیار‌های پذیرش موردبررسی قرار گرفتند و درنهایت، 38 پژوهش که از معیار‌های ورود به مطالعه برخوردار بودند، تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج تحلیل داده‌‌ها در این پژوهش، 82 شاخص، 17 مولفه و 8 بعد به‌عنوان عوامل موثر بر کنترل ناآرامی‌‌های اجتماعی در پژوهش‌‌های مختلف داخلی شناسایی شدند که عبارتند از: وضعیت صنفی کارگری، سیاسی امنیتی، الگوی هوشمندانه، راهبرد نرم، راهبرد پیشگیرانه، عملیات روانی، اشراف اطلاعاتی و راهبرد انتظامی و براساس این عوامل، الگوی یکپارچه نهایی ارائه و اعتبارسنجی شد.نتایج: این پژوهش با شناسایی تمامی عوامل موثر بر کنترل ناآرامی‌‌های اجتماعی که براساس منابع موجود در 10 سال اخیر به‌دست آمده‌است، می‌تواند به‌عنوان مبنایی برای برنامه‌ریزی از سوی سیاستگزاران امر قرار گیرد؛ همچنین، طبق نتایج، توجه به پیشران‌‌های تاثیرگذار و الگو‌های نوین و بهره‌گیری‌از فناوری‌‌ها در کنترل ناآرامی‌‌های اجتماعی بسیار تاثیرگذار است.

systematic review of social unrest control researches with metacomposite method

background and purpose: riots of any nature have an important impact on society’s security, and failure to control and deal with them in a timely manner creates the basis for the emergence of other crises and causes irreparable costs and damages. therefore, the aim of the current research is to systematically review the researches on the control of social unrest with the meta-composite method.method: the current descriptive-analytical research was of a developmental type and was conducted within the framework of a qualitative approach and using the meta-composite method with the seven-step method of sandelowski and barroso. the scope of the study includes all foreign research and studies in the period from 2013 to 2023 and internal studies in the period from 1392 to 1402 in the field of controlling or dealing with social unrest. in this regard, the obtained articles and documents were examined according to the acceptance criteria, and finally, 38 studies that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed.findings: based on the results of data analysis in this research, 82 indicators, 17 components and 8 dimensions were identified as effective factors in controlling social unrest in various domestic researches, which are: trade union-labor situation, political-security situation, smart model, soft strategy, preventive strategy, psychological operations, intelligence elites and police strategy and based on these factors, the final integrated model was presented and validated.results: this research, by identifying all the effective factors on the control of social unrest, which has been obtained based on the available sources in the last 10 years, can be used as a basis for planning by policy makers; also, according to the results, paying attention to influential drivers and new models and using technologies is very effective in controlling social unrest.
