زیباشناسی جرم؛ تاملی بر واگرایی فلسفه هنر و فلسفه نظم و امنیت

زمینه و هدف: زیبا‌شناسی به‌مثابه یک دانش هنری که با زیبایی و ذوق هنری ارتباط دارد، از یک‌سو، بر اهمیت ذاتی زیبایی تاکید و ازسوی ‌دیگر، لذت ناشی‌از آن را به‌عنوان یک واکنش‌ زیبا‌شناسانه بررسی می‌کند. باوجود‌آنکه مباحث زیبا‌شناسانه اغلب توام با رمانتیک‌گرایی است، اما تعامل میان زیبا‌شناسی و جرم موجب شکل‌گیری مفهومی می‌شود که می‌توان آن را زیبا‌شناسی جرم نامید. زیبا‌شناسی جرم ناظر بر فرآیندی است که در آن بزه‌کار، صرف‌نظر از نحوه ارتکاب رفتار مجرمانه، یک اثر هنری را تولید می‌کند. با‌توجه‌به خلا نظری در قلمروی مفهوم زیبا‌شناسی جرم و جهت تبیین این مفهوم، پژوهش حاضر درصدد است ضمن بررسی رمان «قاتلان کارت‌پستالی»، مسئله را از حیث فلسفه هنر و فلسفه نظم و امنیت بررسی کند.روش: این پژوهش از لحاظ نوع، در زمره پژوهش‌های کاربردی است و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شده‌است.یافته‌ها: مهم‌ترین یافته‌های پژوهش شامل جرم و تولید اثر هنری، شخصیت جنایی و ارتکاب قتل‌های سریالی با رویکرد زیباشناسانه، اختصاصی‌شدن ادراک هنری جرم، خنثی‌سازی قتل و نسبیت‌گرایی احساس زیبایی و لذت زیبایی در ارتکاب قتل‌های سریالی هستند.نتایج: ارتکاب جرم در پرتو رویکردهای زیباشناسانه، علاوه‌بر آنکه بازتولید آثار هنری را در فرآیند مجرمانه نشان می‌دهد، موید حالت خطرناک و شخصیت جنایی بزه‌کار است. در این بستر، جرمْ تولیدِ روش‌مند اثر هنری است که از طریق منظره‌پردازی تصویری و در پرتو فنون خنثی‌سازی، محقق و موجب اختصاصی‌شدن احساس زیبایی در بزه‌کار می‌شود؛ ازاین‌رو، می‌توان گفت که زیباشناسی جرم در فلسفه هنر، در تعارض با فلسفه نظم و امنیت قرار می‌گیرد.

the aesthetics of crime: a reflection on the divergence of the philosophy of art and the philosophy of order and security

background and purpose: aesthetics as an artistic knowledge that is related to beauty and artistic taste, on the one hand, emphasizes the intrinsic importance of beauty and on the other hand, examines the pleasure caused by it as an aesthetic reaction. despite the fact that aesthetic discussions are often combined with romanticism, the interaction between aesthetics and crime leads to the formation of a concept that can be called the aesthetics of crime. aesthetics of crime refers to the process by which the criminal produces a work of art regardless of the manner in which the criminal behavior was committed. considering the theoretical gap in the realm of the concept of aesthetics of crime and to explain this concept, the present research tries to examine the issue from the perspective of the philosophy of art and the philosophy of order and security while examining the novel “postcard killers”.method: this research was applied in terms of type and was done with the qualitative content analysis method.findings: the most important findings of the research include crime and the production of artwork, criminal personality and committing serial murders with an aesthetic approach, specialization of the artistic perception of crime, neutralization of murder and the relativism of the feeling of beauty and the pleasure of beauty in committing serial murders.results:  as a conclusion aesthetics of crime in the philosophy of art is in conflict with the philosophy of order and security.
