راهبردهای ارتقای قدرت منطقه ای جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران مبتنی‌بر نقش عامل ژئوپلیتیک اجتماعی فرهنگی یمن

زمینه و هدف: جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران نیز مانند سایر کشورها، دارای منافعی در منطقه جنوب غرب آسیا است که به منظور تامین آنها نیازمند افزایش قدرت خود می ‎باشد. با توجه به اینکه منظور از قدرت منطقه ای همان مفهوم فضایی قدرت‌ملی جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران در منطقه ژئوپلیتیکی جنوب غرب آسیا است که برآیند توانایی و ظرفیت های بالقوه و بالفعل جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران محسوب می شود، بنابراین، می ‎توان عوامل ژئوپلتیک را به عنوان افزایش دهنده قدرت مدّ نظر قرار داد.روش: مقاله حاضر با هدف تبیین راهبردهای ارتقای قدرت منطه ‎ای جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران مبتنی‌بر نقش عامل ژئوپلیتیک اجتماعی فرهنگی یمن به نگارش درآمده‌است. نوع تحقیق حاضر، کاربردی و رویکرد آن آمیخته با روش توصیفی تحلیلی است. داده‌ها به دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی(مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته، پرسش‌نامه و پنل خبرگی) گرد‎آوری شده‌اند و اطلاعات به ‎دست‌آمده به ‎روش تحلیل‌محتوا و با کمک نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیو‌دی‌ای مورد تجزیه‌‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفته‌است. روایی به ‎روش محتوایی و پایایی مصاحبه با استفاده از فرمول کاپای کوهن و پایایی پرسش‌نامه نیز با آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردیده‌است.یافته‌ها: یافته های تحقیق شامل پیشنهاد 3 راهبرد اساسی در راستای ارتقای قدرت منطقه ‎ای جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران است که عبارتند از کمک به تعمیق وحدت گروه های زیدی و تقریب با سایر مذاهب به منظور افزایش قدرت مردم ‎پایه نیروهای محور مقاومت یمنی، کمک به توسعه ظرفیت ها و قابلیت های زیرساختی(خدماتی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی) یمن به ‎منظور تحکیم علقه های تاریخی، مذهبی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی این کشور با جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران و تحکیم و تعمیق پیوستگی انصارالله در منظومه جبهه مقاومت اسلامی.نتایج: ملت سازی در یمن، اولین گام در تشکیل کشوری منطبق با معیارهای انقلاب‌اسلامی است و چنانچه این مسئله پیگیری نشود، سایر اندیشه های نوظهور و انحرافی همچون وهابیت و تکفیری، جای پای محکمی در بین مردم یمن خواهند یافت و درنهایت، منجر به ایجاد فرهنگی متناسب با این ایدئولوژی ‎ها در یمن خواهد شد.

strategies for promoting the regional power of the islamic republic of iran based on the role of the socio-cultural geopolitical agent of yaman

background and purpose: the islamic republic of iran, like other countries, has interests in the southwest asia region, which needs to increase its regional power in order to secure them. considering that the meaning of regional power is the spatial concept of the national power of the islamic republic of iran in the geopolitical region of southwest asia, which is the result of the potential and actual capabilities of the islamic republic of iran, therefore, geopolitical factors can be defined as consider the power booster.method: the present article was written with the aim of explaining the strategies of promoting the regional power of the islamic republic of iran based on the role of the socio-cultural geopolitical factor of yemen. the current type of research is applied and its approach is mixed with descriptive-analytical method. the data were collected using both library and field methods (semi-structured interview, questionnaire and expert panel) and the obtained information was analyzed using the content analysis method with the help of maxqda software. content validity and reliability of the interview were calculated using cohen’s kappa formula, and the reliability of the questionnaire was also calculated with cronbach’s alpha.findings: the findings of the research include the proposal of 3 basic strategies in order to promote the regional power of the islamic republic of iran, which include helping to deepen the unity of the zaydi groups and rapprochement with other religions in order to increase the power of the people at the core of the yemeni resistance forces, help to develop the infrastructural capacities and capabilities (service, social and cultural) of yemen in order to consolidate the historical, religious, social and cultural ties of this country with the islamic republic of iran and to consolidate and deepen the unity of ansarullah in the system of the islamic resistance front.results: nation building in yemen is the first step in forming a country that conforms to the standards of the islamic revolution, and if this issue is not pursued, other emerging and deviant ideas such as wahhabism and takfiri will find a firm foothold among the yemeni people and eventually will lead to the creation of a culture that fits these ideologies in yemen.
