الگوی راهبردی دفاع همه‌جانبه؛ مبتنی‌بر آرا و اندیشه‌های امام‌خمینی(ره) و مقام‌معظم‌رهبری(مدظله‌العالی)

زمینه و هدف: دفاع همه‌جانبه یکی از موثرترین و جامع‌ترین روش‌های دفاعی در مقابله با تهدیدات نوظهور و چالش‌های امنیتی همه‌جانبه دشمن است. دفاع همه‌جانبه به‌معنای کاربست تمامی مولفه‌های قدرت ملی در برابر تهدیدات همه‌جانبه می‌باشد. این نوع از دفاع، تمامی جنبه‌های دفاعی یک کشور را در‌برمی­گیرد و برخورداری از آن، ماندگاری حکومت‌ها را تضمین می‌نماید؛ اما این مهم آن‌طور که شایسته آن است، در معرض پژوهش‌های علمی قرار نگرفته است؛ از‌این‌جهت، هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر، ارائه الگوی راهبردی دفاع همه‌جانبه مبتنی‌بر آرا‌ و اندیشه‌های امام‌خمینی و مقام‌معظم‌رهبری است.روش: در نگارش مقاله حاضر، با استفاده از روش تحلیل‌مضمون(تماتیک)، کلیه بیانات و مکتوبات امام‌خمینی(ره) از سال 1357 تا 1368 و امام‌خامنه‌ای(مدظله العالی) از سال 1368 تاکنون به شیوه تمام‌شمار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. رویکرد این تحقیق کیفی بوده و از نوع توسعه‌ای کاربردی می‌باشد.یافته‌ها: این تحقیق درصدد پاسخ‌گویی به آن است که الگوی راهبردی دفاع همه‌جانبه مبتنی‌بر آرا و اندیشه‌های امام‌خمینی(ره) و مقام‌معظم‌رهبری چیست؟ برای حصول نتیجه، پس از شناسایی و دسته‌بندی مضامین احصاء‌شده در جلسات خبرگی و سپس تجزیه‌وتحلیل فیش‌های ناظر به موضوع، درنهایت، از مجموع 146مورد فیش جمع‌آوری‌شده، 36 مورد فیش با ارتباط بالا شناسایی و دسته‌بندی گردیدند و این مضامین احصاء‌شده در قالب 3 بعُد، 10 مولفه و 36 شاخص سازماندهی گردید.نتایج: مطابق بیانات و مکتوبات امام‌خمینی و مقام‌معظم‌رهبری می‌توان موارد زیر را به‌عنوان ابعاد عمده دفاع همه‌جانبه در نظر گرفت: دفاع همه‌جانبه در ابعاد سخت، نیمه‌سخت و نرم.

the strategic model of all-round defense; based on the opinions and thoughts of imam khomeini (ra) and the supreme leader(as)

background and purpose: all-round defense is one of the most effective and comprehensive defense methods in dealing with emerging threats and the enemy’s all-round security challenges. all-round defense means the use of all components of national power against all-round threats. this type of defense includes all aspects of a country’s defense, and having it guarantees the permanence of governments; but this importance has not been exposed to scientific research as it deserves; in this sense, the main goal of this article is to present a strategic model of all-round defense based on the opinions and thoughts of imam khomeini and the supreme leader.method: in writing this article, using thematic analysis method, all the statements and letters of imam khomeini (ra) from 1357 to 1368 and imam khamenei (madazla al-ali) from 1368 until now have been studied in full. the approach of this research is qualitative and developmental-applied.findings: this research tries to answer that what is the strategic model of all-round defense based on the opinions and thoughts of imam khomeini (ra) and the supreme leader? in order to achieve the result, after identifying and categorizing the themes collected in the expert meetings and then analyzing the fiches related to the subject, finally, out of the total of 146 fiches collected, 36 fiches with high relevance were identified and categorized, and these themes were analyzed in the form of 3 dimensions, 10 components and 36 indicators were organized.result: according to the statements and letters of imam khomeini and the supreme leader, the following can be considered as the main dimensions of all-round defense: all-round defense in hard, semi-hard and soft dimensions.
