دکترین نظامی جنگ آینده

زمینه و هدف: جنگ‌های آینده به‌شدت تحت‌تاثیر تغییرات اساسی در فضای ژئواستراتژیک و ژئوپلیتیک جهانی و نقش فزاینده عوامل سیاسی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی در میان کشور‌ها است و به‌طورحتم، دانش کنونی بشر بر نحوه تدوین و اجرای جنگ‌های آینده تاثیرگذار خواهد بود؛ بر این اساس، به‌ناچار تاثیر تحولات فناوری بر جنگ‌های آینده باید با روش‌های انقلابی و جدید مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد؛ از این رو، پژوهش حاضر در پی تبیین دکترین نظامی جنگ‌های آینده به نگارش درآمده است.روش: این پژوهش از لحاظ نوع، کاربردی بوده و با روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده‌است و به پیش‌بینی و تحلیل ساختارهای جایگزین آینده جهان و راه‌های مقابله با آنها در چارچوب یک دکترین نظامی می‌پردازد.یافته‌ها: در تدوین دکترین جدید، می‌بایست از پیشرفت‌هایی که در فناوری اطلاعات، الکترونیک نظامی، قابلیت‌های نظارتی و هدایت دقیق اتفاق می‌افتد، به‌طور‌کامل بهره برد و این واقعیت نیز باید درک شود که سخت‌افزارهای نظامی امروزی مانند هواپیماها، کشتی‌‌ها و تانک‌‌ها تن‌ها به جایگاهی برای حمل مهمات هدایت‌شونده دقیق، حسگر‌ها و موشک‌‌ها تنزل یافته‌اند.نتیجه: طبق نتایج این پژوهش، کلید آینده یکپارچگی است و دکترین نظامی باید طیف وسیعی از نیروهای مختلف را دربرگیرد و در یک مجموعه موثر به هم ‌پیوند دهد تا بتواند به‌عنوان یک نیروی ضربتی توانا مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

background and purpose: future wars are heavily influenced by fundamental changes in the global geostrategic and geopolitical space and the increasing role of political, cultural, social and economic factors among countries, and certainly, current human knowledge will influence the way future wars are formulated and implemented; accordingly, the impact of technological developments on future wars must be evaluated with revolutionary and new methods; therefore, the present study was written in order to explain the military doctrine of future wars.method: this research is fundamental in terms of type and has been carried out with a descriptive-analytical method, and it deals with predicting and analyzing the alternative structures of the future of the world and the ways to deal with them in the framework of a military doctrine.findings: in formulating the new doctrine, it is necessary to take full advantage of the developments that occur in information technology, military electronics, surveillance capabilities, and precise guidance, and the fact that today’s military hardware such as planes, ships, and tanks are tons of space for carrying precision-guided munitions, sensors and missiles are degraded.conclusion: according to the results of this research, the key to the future is integration, and the military doctrine should include a wide range of different forces and combine them in an effective set so that it can be used as a powerful strike force.
