مولفه‌های اندیشه‌ امام خامنه‌ای در تحقق پدافند غیرعامل در فضای مجازی

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی مولفه‌ها و ابعاد اندیشه‌های امام‌خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی) برای تحقق پدافند غیرعامل در فضای مجازی است. نظر به اهمیت فضای مجازی و نقش ویژه‌ آن به‌عنوان فناوری پیش‌ران در حوزه‌های فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی کشور و نیز لزوم مدیریت فضای مجازی برای جلوگیری از نفوذ و سوءاستفاده دشمنان و مقابله با تهاجمات و کاهش آسیب‌های احتمالی، ارائه الگویی به‌منظور مواجهه با آسیب‌ها و تهدیدهای فضای مجازی امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. در این‌ بین، ضرورت، اصول، مفاهیم و شیوه‌های پدافند سایبری به‌کرات توسط مقام‌معظم‌رهبری به‌صورت مبسوط مورد تاکید قرار گرفته‌ است. در تحقیق حاضر، در ابتدا، ابعاد و مولفه‌های پدافند سایبری شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی گردید و در ادامه، کوشیده شد تا با تحلیل‌ مضمون فرمایشات مقام‌معظم‌رهبری(مدظله‌العالی) به ارائه الگویی برای پدافند سایبری در عرصه‌های جنگ نرم و فضای مجازی پرداخته شود؛ بنابراین، روش انجام پژوهش شیوه کیفی پدیدار شناختی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل یک گروه 800 نفری از خبرگان(اساتید و اعضای هیئت‌علمی)، مدرسان، مدیران، کارکنان، متخصصان و دانشجویان حوزه‌ فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، دفاع سایبری و جنگ در فضای مجازی است. از بین این افراد به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و با استفاده از رابطه کوکران در جامعه‌ محدود، نمونه آماری به تعداد 29 نفر به‌طور هدفمند برای مصاحبه عمیق انتخاب شدند. روایی یافته‌های مطالعه با استفاده از روش‌های تطبیقی تضمین گردید و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از شیوه‌های کدگذاری باز و محوری بهره گرفته شد و بدین‌ترتیب، 52 گزاره مفهومی اولیه با 9 مقوله فرعی و 5 گزاره مقوله‌ای تاثیرگذار بر پدافند سایبری از منظر امام‌خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی) در قالب عوامل علی، زمینه‌ای و شرایط محیطی شناسایی و روابط بین آنها در چارچوب الگوی ساختاری ترسیم و ارائه گردید.

given the position and importance of cyberspace and its role in the cultural, social and economic spheres of the country and the need to manage cyberspace to prevent the infiltration and exploitation of the enemy and counter attacks; it seems necessary to use the concepts of cyber defense and provide a model to upgrade and strengthen it in order to face the harms and threats of cyberspace. in the meantime, the concepts, principles and methods of cyber defense have been repeatedly emphasized in detail by the supreme leader. therefore, in order to implement the concepts and principles of cyber defense from his holiness’s point of view, in order to deal with the widespread attacks of the enemies in the virtual environment, it is first necessary to identify and prioritize its dimensions and components. therefore, in this research, an attempt has been made to explain the dimensions and components of cyber defense in the areas of soft warfare by analyzing the content of the remarks of the supreme leader. qualitative phenomenological research method has been used. the statistical population of the study includes cyberspace and cyber warfare experts, 13 of whom were purposefully selected for in-depth interviews. the validity of the findings was verified by members by matching method. the result shows that 52 initial conceptual propositions with 9 sub-categories and 5 categorical propositions affecting cyber defense from the perspective of ayatollah khamenei in the form of causal factors, contextual and environmental conditions are identified.
