فرصت ها و چالش های امنیتی کردهای عراق در محیط امنیتی جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران

منظور از محیط امنیتی یک محدوده جغرافیایی است که بستر تهدیدات و در عین حال، فرصت هایی است که از متغیرهای داخلی و اغلب خارجی متاثرند. محیط امنیتی جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران را باید پویا‌‌ترین و فعال‌‌ترین محیط امنیتی عرصه بین‌المللی دانست. ایران در حوزه غربی و تاحدودی جنوب غربی کشور از مرز خسروی تا ابتدای دشت آزادگان در استان خوزستان ماوای کردهایی است که دارای نژاد و اصلیت ایرانی بوده و همواره مبلغ و مروج ارزش‌های اصیل ایرانی و اسلامی هستند. وجود این قوم فرصت ها، قابلیت ها، مزایا و مواهب در عین حال آسیب ها و چالش هایی را در خود نهفته دارد؛ بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و احصای فرصت ها و چالش های محیط امنیتی جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران با تاکید بر کرد‌های فیلی(سه استان دیالی واسط و میسان) است. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع تاریخی کیفی(تحلیل تماتیک) است و جامعه آماری آن شامل اسناد دست‌اول و منابع تاریخی و همچنین، مصاحبه با افراد مطلع یا دروازه‌بان اطلاع بوده‌است. روش نمونه‌گیری در این طرح، از نوع هدفمند بوده‌ و با توجه به موضوع و حساسیت آن، از نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی با روش تعمدی یا قضاوتی و روش نمونه‌گیری انباشتی استفاده شده‌است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که محیط امنیتی جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران با تاکید بر کرد‌های فیلی، دارای اقتضائات و فرصت‌هایی است که درصورت بهره گیری از آن می‌توان بسیاری از چالش ها و تهدیدات را پیش از پیدایش از میان برد و آنها را تبدیل به فرصت نمود.

security opportunities and challenges of iraqi kurds in the security environment of the islamic republic of iran

the security environment means a geographical area that is a source of threats and at the same time, opportunities that are affected by internal and often external variables. the security environment of the islamic republic of iran should be considered the most dynamic and active security environment in the international arena. iran in the western and somewhat southwestern part of the country - from the border of khosravi to the beginning of the azadgan plain in khuzestan province - is home to kurds who have iranian race and origin and are always preachers and promoters of authentic iranian and islamic values. the existence of this nation has opportunities, capabilities, advantages and blessings, but at the same time, it contains harms and challenges; based on this, the aim of the current research is to investigate and quantify the opportunities and challenges of the security environment of the islamic republic of iran with an emphasis on the kurds of fili (the three provinces of diyala, wasit and maysan). the current research method is historical-qualitative (thematic analysis) and its statistical population includes first-hand documents and historical sources, as well as interviews with knowledgeable people or information gatekeepers. the sampling method in this plan is purposeful and according to the subject and its sensitivity, non-probability sampling with deliberate or judgmental method and cumulative sampling method have been used. the results of the research indicate that the security environment of the islamic republic of iran, with an emphasis on the kurds of fili, has requirements and opportunities that, if used, can eliminate many challenges and threats before they arise and turn them into opportunities.
