پلیس و جنبش تراانسان گرایی

تراانسان گرایی یک نظام و جنبش فکری است که از استفاده از فناوری برای ارتقای توانایی جسمانی و شناختی بشر حمایت می کند و پیش‌ بینی می نماید که انسان‌ها، در نهایت می‌توانند آن‌ چنان نسبت به انسان‌ های فعلی ارتقا بیابند که بتوان آن‌ ها را پساانسان‌نامید. یکی از خاستگاه‌هایی که از ظرفیت بالایی در مقوله ترابشریت برخوردار است، بخش نظامی یا دفاعی است و این نوشتار نیز به منظور آشنایی با جریان تراانسان گرایی و کاربردهایی که می تواند در بخش‌های نظامی و دفاعی داشته باشد، انجام شده است.امروزه، با توجه به گستردگی ماموریت‌های نیروی انتظامی، استفاده از فناوری‌های روز یک ضرورت غیر قابل انکار است. فناوری های نوین با تغییر دامنه مرزهای متعارف محیط عملیاتی پلیس، تهدیدها و فرصت های جدیدی را پیش روی این سازمان قرار داده است و آگاهی از وقوع چنین تغییراتی موجب می شود تا در پاسخ های راهبردی ناجا به شرایط جدید، تغییرات متناسبی صورت پذیرد. تراانسان گرایی بر اساس فناوری های جدید و پیشرفته‌ای می گیرد که از جمله اهداف آنها جاودانه کردن گونه بشر با استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین است. برخی قدرتها کارکردهای تراانسان گرایی را در بخش های نظامی و دفاعی دنبال نموده و در این زمینه تحقیقات و اقدامات وسیعی را به منظور کسب برتری نظامی بر سایر کشورها انجام داده و به پیشرفت‌های چشمگیری نیز نائل آمده اند. به عنوان نمونه، در زمینه کاربردهای ارتقای توانایی‌های حسی و جسمی و شناختی بشر می توان به ابر سربازها با مهارتهای شناختی بالا اشاره کرد که درد، ترس و خستگی را احساس نمی‌کنند و بیش از آنکه شبیه انسان باشند، نوعی ماشین به شمار می روند. از این رو، وزارت دفاع آمریکا به دنبال خلق سربازانی است که بتوانند بدون هیچ ترس یا ندامتی آدم بکشند و بدون خستگی بجنگند.این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی، با استفاده از منابع مختلف، به تاریخچه و اهداف تراانسان گرایی پرداخته و فناوری‌های مربوط به آن را مورد بررسی قرار داده و کاربردها و استفاده های این فناوری‌ها در حوزه نظامی و انتظامی را نیز شرح می دهد. شناختفناورى هاى نوین، چالش‌ها و فرصت هاى جدید امنیتى انتظامى و پیامدهای تراانسان گرایی بر مفهوم نظم و امنیت اجتماعی، موضوعاتی هستند که می توانند در زمینه شناخت و به کارگیری این فناوری‌های نوین در حوزه ماموریت‌های پلیسی و درنهایت، پیشگیری از جرائم و همچنین، پیگیری جرائم موثر واقع شوند.

Police and transhumanism movement

Transhumanism is a thought system and movement that supports the use of technology to enhance mankind’s physical and cognitive ability and predicts that human beings can finally change themselves to so enhanced creatures that can be called posthumans. One of the origins that has high potentials for transhumanism is military or defense field. This writing aims at introducing the application of transhumanism movement for the military and defense sectors. Taking into account the police’s missions, to use uptodate technologies is of vital importance. Modern technologies have changed the spectrum of police operating environment’s conventional borders and therefore have created new threats and opportunities for this organization. Knowing these changes enable police to change its responses proportionate to such new conditions. Transhumanism is the result of new and advanced technologies and among its goals is to immortalize human being with the help of modern technologies.  Some of the applications of enhancing human’s sensory, physical and cognitive abilities are creating supersoldiers who have high cognitive abilities, do not get tired, and are more like machines than humans.  Some global powers are pursuing the functions of transhumans in the military and defense fields and have done a plethora of research studies in this area to have upper hand over the other countries and have come to significant achievements. US Ministry of Defense tends to create soldiers that can kill others without any feeling of fear or shame and can fight without getting tired.This descriptive research uses a variety of sources to explain the history and goals of transhumanism and analyzes its related technologies. In addition, it aims at explaining the applications of these technologies in the police and military fields. Modern technologies, the new security and police challenges and opportunities and the consequences of transhumanism over social order and security concept are among the themes that can help us in knowing and using such modern technologies in police missions and finally preventing and tracking crimes.
