تحلیل راهبردی تخلفات رانندگان با رویکرد داده کاوی

یکی از عوامل بروز تخلفات و حوادث ترافیکی،بی‌توجهی به مقررات راهنمایی ‌و ‌رانندگی است که با توجه به بافت فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و جغرافیایی جوامع، میزان و نوع آن متفاوت خواهد بود. آمار بالای تخلفات ترافیکی و حوادث ناشی از آن در کشور، باعث بروز صدمات جبران‌ناپذیری می‌گردد که در این میان، عوامل انسانی اصلی‌ترین عامل بروز تخلفات قلمداد می‌گردد. هدف این تحقیق، تحلیل راهبردی تخلفات رانندگان و بررسی ارتباط آن با مشخصات فردی آنان و مراکز صدور گواهینامه با رویکرد داده‌کاوی می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نوع تحلیل محتوا است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، اطلاعات پایگاه داده صدور گواهینامه و اجرائیات و حجم نمونه اطلاعات این پایگاه‌ها در سال‌های 1395 و 1396 شهر تهران است. شیوه تحلیل داده‌ها، کشف قوانین انجمنی است. نتایج حاصل از اهم قوانین استخراج‌شده بدین شرح است: 1. بین سن و تحصیلات رانندگان و تخلفات رانندگی آنان رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد؛ به‌نحوی که بیشترین تکرار تخلفات در قوانین کشف‌شده مربوط به رانندگان مرد با مدرک دیپلم و سن 20 سال است؛ 2. بیشترین تکرار تخلف انجام شده، تخلف ورود ممنوع می‌باشد؛ 3. بین برخی تخلفات رانندگان و برخی آموزشگاه‌های رانندگی قوانین رانندگی ارتباط وجود دارد. اغلب قوانین کشف شده موردتایید کارشناسان راهور است و نتایج حاصل از قوانین، با نظریه‌های مربوط به دلایل بروز کج‌رفتاری‌ها و تخلفات انطباق دارد. تحقیق حاضر، متغیرهای موثر در تخلفات رانندگی را در نظر گرفته‌است؛ بنابراین، می‌توان شیوه ارائه آموزش به متقاضیان گواهینامه را با توجه به قوانین حاصل، برنامه‌ریزی و از بروز افزایش تخلفات پیشگیری نمود.

Strategic analysis of drivers’ violations by datamining approach

One of the factors causing traffic violations and accidents is not paying attention to the traffic rules which will vary depending on the cultural, social, economic and geographical context of societies. The high rate of traffic violations and the resulting accidents in Iran have led to irreparable damage, and human factors are the main cause of these violations. The aim of this study used data mining approach to strategically analyze drivers’ traffic violations and their relationship to their personal characteristics and certification centers.This research is applied in terms of its goals and employs discourse analysis method. The data were gathered from the driving issuance and traffic police databases from 1395 to 1396 in Tehran. The data were analyzed using Association Rules Mining method. The most important extracted rules show: 1. there is a meaningful relationship between drivers’ age and education and their driving violations. According to the data, the most frequent driving violations are related to male drivers who have highschool diploma and are 20 years old, 2. the most frequent driving violations are related to no entry violations, and 3. there is a link between some drivers’ traffic violations and some driving education schools.Most of the abovestated rules are acknowledged by traffic police, and the results are consistent with theories about the causes of traffic violations. The present study considered the variables affecting driving violations and concluded that it is possible to plan the teaching method for the applicants of driving license according to above rules.
