بازتعریف مفهوم ره‌نگاشت با روش تحلیل مضمون

در این مقاله مفهوم «ره‌نگاشت» بازتعریف شده است. دانشمندان «ره‌نگاشت» تعاریف زیادی از این مفهوم ارائه کرده‏ اند که گاه مشابه و در برخی موارد متفاوت از یکدیگرند. در حالی که برخی دانشمندان مانند «رابرت فال» آن را یک ابزار معرفی می‌کنند، برخی دیگر مانند «گالوین» آن را یک رویکرد می‌دانند. از طرف دیگر نسبت «ره‌نگاشت» و «راهبرد» که هر دو از مقولات راهبردی مهم هستند، چندان شفاف نشده است. در برداشت کارشناسان مرتبط با تهیه ره‌نگاشت نیز چنین تفاوتی وجود دارد. تفاوت و بعضاً نقصان در دریافت از مفهوم «ره‌نگاشت» می‌تواند موجب برنامه‌ریزی‌های نادرست در این زمینه شود. در این مقاله، تعاریف دانشمندان ره‌نگاشت و همچنین برداشت کارشناسان تهیه ره‌نگاشت با روش تحلیل مضمون واکاوی شده است. جامعه کارشناسان برای نظرسنجی از میان مدیران و کارشناسان تهیه ره‌نگاشت انتخاب شده است. مطابق نتیجه این تحلیل، «ره‌نگاشت» عبارت است از ابزار یکپارچه برنامه‌ریزی تحقق راهبرد که در این تعریف، هم مفهوم ره‌نگاشت، هم نسبت ره‌نگاشت با راهبرد و به تبع آن، هم جایگاه ره‌نگاشت در فرایند طرح‌ریزی راهبردی شفاف شده است.

Redefining roadmap concept using content analysis method

Abstract  In this article, the concept of roadmap has been redefined. Many definitions have been put forward by roadmap scientists and these definitions are sometimes similar to each other and in some cases different from one another. While some scientists, like Robert Fall, call it a tool, others like Galvin regard it as an approach. On the other hand, roadmap and strategy, both of which are important strategic issues, are also not very transparent. There is also a difference in the perception of experts in mapping. Differences or deficiencies in the concept of roadmap can lead to inaccurate planning. In this paper, the definitions of scientists as well as the experts’ perceptions are mapped by thematic analysis. The community of experts has been selected for the survey from managers and roadmap experts. According to the results of the analysis, roadmap is an integrated planning tool for strategy realization. In this definition, the concept of roadmap, its relationship to the strategy, and consequently its position in the strategic planning process have been clarified.
