تدوین و اعتباریابی مقیاس ارزیابی ترجیحات نوازه‌گیری ادبی و غیرادبی دانشجویان

رفتارهای میان‌فردی مثبت در فضای آموزشی می‌تواند بر افزایش انگیزۀ دانشجویان برای مشارکت در بحث‌، یادگیری و برقراری تعامل مثبت تاثیر بگذارد. یکی از این رفتارهای تاثیرگذار نوازه‌ها هستند که می‌توانند احساس خودارزشمندی به مدرس و دانشجویان بدهند و در افزایش انگیزه و ایجاد تعاملی دوستانه به آنان کمک کنند. در این پژوهش، با الهام از مفهوم نوازه در نظریۀ تحلیل رفتار متقابل، نوازه‌های ادبی مطرح شدند تا مشخص شود در محیط‌های آموزشی دانشجویان رشته‌های تحصیلی گوناگون به‌عنوان نوازه‌گیر کدام‌یک از نوازه‌های ادبی یا غیرادبی را ترجیح می‌دهند. بدین‌منظور، در مطالعۀ حاضر به طراحی و اعتباریابی مقیاس ارزیابی ترجیحات نوازه‌‌گیری ادبی و غیرادبی دانشجویان پرداخته شد. مقیاس محقق‌ساختۀ ارزیابی ترجیحات نوازه‌گیری ادبی و غیرادبی، در سه مرحلۀ مرور مطالعات و الگوگیری، گزینش آثار ادبی مرتبط با نوازه‌ها و موقعیت‌های تعاملی میان مدرس و دانشجو تکمیل شد. با انتشار برخط و نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 411 دانشجو (133 مرد، 278 زن) در مقاطع و رشته‌های تحصیلی گوناگون به مقیاس پاسخ دادند. با تایید نرمال بودن داده‌ها، آزمون هارمن و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی، مشخص شد مقیاس مذکور دارای روایی مطلوبی است. همچنین از طریق آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی کل مقیاس 0.93 محاسبه شد؛ از این‌رو مقیاس دارای پایایی و روایی مناسبی است.

construction and validation of a scale for the measurement of students’ preferences in receiving literary and non-literary strokes

positive interpersonal behaviors in educational settings can motivate students to engage in class discussions, facilitate their learning, and build positive relationships. notably, strokes boost students’ and teachers’ self-esteem and confidence, enhance motivation, and set the stage for a friendly student-teacher relationship. this study introduces the concept of literary strokes, inspired by the notion of strokes in transactional analysis (ta). it aims to determine which forms of literary or non-literary strokes are preferred by students of various academic disciplines who act as the receivers of these strokes in educational settings. the research constructs and validates a scale for measuring literary or non-literary stokes that students choose. the development of the scale was completed in three stages: reviewing relevant questionnaires, reviewing literary pertinent works to strokes, evaluating situations of teacher-student interactions, and consulting with experts (7 males and 3 females). to validate the scale, 411 students (133 males, 278 females) from various levels and fields of study answered the scale, which was distributed online. results suggested that the scale had a reliability of 0.93 and acceptable validity according to exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses; therefore, it can be used for future studies.
