مسائل و معیارهای نام‌گذاری گونه‌های زبانی، با توجه به گونه‌های زبانی ایران

مسئلۀ اصلی مورد توجه این پژوهش برآمده از این پرسش است که «چرا برای یک زبان یگانه نام‏های متفاوتی وجود دارند؟» در این مقاله، مواردی که مطالعه شده‌اند عبارتند از:تاثیر عامل‏هایِ اجتماعی و سیاسی بر نام‏گذاری گونه‏های زبانی و اهمیت توجه به پیوندهای خویشاوندی و همانندی‏های ساختاری زبان‏ها. سپس، نام‏های ثبت‏شده برای گونه‏های زبانی ایران در نرم‏افزار «اطلس زبانی ایران» دسته‏بندی و تحلیل شده و ویژگی‏های نام‏های هر مقوله برشمرده شده است. این پژوهش به لحاظ روش‌شناختی از نوع استقرایی است و یک روش توصیفی تحلیلی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در بخش نتیجه‏گیری‏، استدلال شده که نام‏گذاری گونه‏های زبانی متاثر از عوامل غیرزبانیِ اجتماعی، سیاسی و جغرافیایی است. برای بازشناسی گونه‏های زبانی از یکدیگر و تعیین نام دقیق آنها، باید به ویژگی‏های زبانی متمایزکننده و گنجینۀ واژگان اصلی آنها، تاثیر تماس زبانی درازمدت جامعه‏های زبانی و نظر و احساس گویشور دربارۀ گونۀ زبانی خود توجه شود. در بخش‏های مختلف مقاله، بحث‏ها و استدلال‏های ارائه‏شده، به نمونه‏های مقتضی مستند شده است.

issues and criteria of naming language varieties with regard to language varieties in iran

the main objective of this research is to study the reason for multiple names for a single language. to this end, the impact of social and political variables on naming language varieties and the importance of paying attention to the kinship relations and structural similarities of languages are investigated. then, the registered names for iranian language varieties in the software of the “linguistic atlas of iran” are classified and analyzed. this research is methodologically inductive, and a descriptive–analytical method has been used. in conclusion, it is argued that naming language varieties is under the influence of non-linguistic social, political, and geographical factors. to distinguish language varieties from each other and determine their exact names, one must pay attention to the distinguishing linguistic features and their main lexicons, the effect of long-term linguistic contact of language communities, and the speakers’ feelings about their linguistic varieties. in different parts of the article, the explications are documented with relevant examples.
