بررسی نشانه‌ شناسانۀ کارکرد رفتارها و ارتباطات غیرکلامی در رمان «فرانکشتاین فی بغداد» اثر احمد سعداوی

ارتباط غیرکلامی یکی از شاخه‌های نشانه ‌شناسی است که انواع رفتارهای حرکتی افراد از جمله حالات چهره، حرکت‌های بدن، ژست‌ها و... را در برمی‌گیرد. پژوهش حاضر درصدد است با استفاده از روش نشانه‌شناسی، رمان «فرانکشتاین فی بغداد» اثر احمد سعداوی را از منظر نشانه‌های ارتباط غیرکلامی از جمله حالات چهره، حالات چشم، پیرازبان، اشیا، میزان فاصله و ... مورد بررسی قرار دهد. هدف این پژوهش معرفی، طبقه‌بندی، رمزگشایی و تحلیل انواع ارتباطات غیرکلامی در رمان‌ مذکور است تا نشان دهد که چگونه زبان بدن می‌تواند کارکردهایی مانند محبت، ترس، اضطراب، دروغ و ... را انتقال دهد و نیز نویسنده برای روایت رفتارهای غیرکلامی شخصیت‌ها از چه ابزارهایی بهره برده است. نتایج نشانگر آن است که سعداوی از حالت‌های مختلف دست، چهره و نوع نگاه کردن در کنار کارکردهای مربوط به آنها، بیشترین بهره را برده است. وی از این حالت‌ها برای بیان مواردی مانند ترس از وقوع امری عجیب، ترس، اضطراب و ناراحتی، کسب اطلاع و .... استفاده کرده است. در کنار این موارد، حالت‌ها و اندام‌های دیگری نیز در رساندن پیام‌های نویسنده دخیل هستند. همچنین بیشترین کارکردهای این پیام‌ها، کارکرد جانشینی است.

a semiotic study of the function of nonverbal behaviors and communication in frankenstein in baghdad novel by ahmad saadawi

non-verbal communication is one of the branches of semiotics that includes all types of motor behaviors such as facial expressions, body movements, and gestures in people. the present study seeks to examine the novel entitled frankenstein in baghdad by ahmed saadawi from the perspective of non-verbal communication signs such as facial expressions, eye states, parasites, objects, distance, and so on and so forth. the aim of this study is to introduce, classify, decode, and analyze all kinds of non-verbal communication in the novel to show how body language can convey, amongst other things, such functions as love, fear, anxiety, and lying, and also to show what tools the author uses to narrate non-verbal behaviors of characters. the results show that saadawi has benefited the most from the different positions of the hands and face and from different types of gaze, along with their related functions. he has used these modes to express, amongst other things, such concepts as fear of strange things, fear, anxiety and sadness, and gaining information. in addition to these, other modes and organs are also involved in conveying the author’s messages. also, most of the functions of these messages are substitution functions.
