چکیده    This study presents a rapid, sensitive, and straightforward approach to measure chlorpheniramine maleate (cpm) using turbidity cfia. the method involves reacting of cpm with phosphomolybdic acid (phma) to produce a pale yellow precipitate. to detect the attenuation of incident light as a result of collision on the surfaces of the precipitate particles, the analyzer nag-ssp-5s-1d was used to measure turbidity at an angle (0-180 ̊). the linear range of cpm measurements extends from 0.05 to 18 mmol/l with correlation coefficient of 0.9973 and r2% = 99.45. the limit of detection (lod) was determined to be 0.586 µg/sample from diluted the lowest concentration in the calibration curve, and the repeatability of the method (rsd%) was demonstrated to be less than 0.4 % (n=6) for the selected concentration (7.4, 18 mmol/l). the method was successfully applied to the cpm determination in a variety of drugs using the standard addition method. a comparison was made between the newly developed method analysis and the classical method (uv spectrophotometry at λmax= 265 nm and turbidity) using t-test. it was noticed that there was no significant difference between the three methods at 95 % confidence level. overall, the developed flow injection method offers simplicity, sensitivity, and reliable analytical performance for the cpm determination. therefore, the newly developed method can be used of as an alternative and an acceptable method for the cpm analysis in drugs compared to the reference method.
