ارتباط موثّر؛ مهارتی سرنوشت‌ساز در شاهنامه

شخصیت‌ها و ارتباطات آن‌ها در شاهنامه اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارند؛ در پژوهش حاضر با تکیه بر «مهارت ارتباط‌ موثر»، که یکی از مهارت‌های دهگانه زندگی در تعریف سازمان جهانی بهداشت است، نمونه‌های ممتاز از ارتباطات انسانی شاهنامه، به‌منظور درک این مهارت و عوامل موثر در شکل‌گیری آن و همچنین برای شناسایی موانعی که یک ارتباط را، به بن بست‌های ارتباطی و غمنامه‌ای دردناک بدل می‌کند، مورد واکاوی و تحلیل روان‌شناسی قرار گرفته است. این که کدام ارتباط را می‌توان موثر نامید ؛ نقش خرد در برقراری ارتباط موثر چیست و در سرزمین آرمانی ایران، با اینکه ارتباطات بر مبنای خرد شکل می‌گیرد، چگونه است که گاهی انسان‌های نیک و خردمند قربانی می‌شوند؛ از موضوعات محوری این نوشتار است؛ و نتیجه شگفت آن که فردوسی، استاد توانمند آفرینش ارتباطات متنوع است و چنین بر می‌آید که هزار سال پیش، با اصول آخرین حلقه این علمِ به ظاهر نوین اروپایی، آشنا بوده است و به ظرافت، فرجام دو اتفاق مشابه را به تمایزِ ارتباط موثر یا ناموثر، متفاوت، رقم می‌زند. روش این مقاله، تحلیل محتوای کیفی و جامعه آماری آن، تمام ابیات شاهنامه است.
