گذر از نه بیشه شهریارنامه بر اساس نظریه تک اسطوره جوزف کمپبل

جوزف کمپبل(1904-1987م.) اسطوره شناس آمریکایی بود که در زمینه اسطوره شناسی و مذهب مطالعات وسیعی انجام داد. «سفر قهرمان» الگویی است که نخستین بار توسط جوزف کمپبل در کتاب «قهرمان هزارچهره» مطرح شد. وی با توجه به شباهت های ساختاری اسطوره ها، الگویی واحد برای تمام داستان ها ترسیم کرده است. این الگو اگرچه از لحاظ تفاوت فرهنگ ها و زمان ها دچار تغییر و تحول می شود، اما اساس و بنیاد آن همواره ثابت است. بر پایه نظریه تک اسطوره کمپبل قهرمان به دنبال دعوتی، از جامعه خویش جدا می شود و با بهره گیری از آموزه ها پای در سفر می نهد و مراحلی همچون ندای پیک، رد دعوت، قبول دعوت، راهنما، گذر از آستانه، امداد، آزمون، پاداش، اکسیر و بازگشت را پشت سر می گذارد. منظومه «شهریارنامه» عثمان مختاری نمونه ای کامل از مراحل اسطوره ای سفر قهرمان جوزف کمپبل را به تصویر می کشد. قهرمان این منظومه، ضمن پشت سر گذاشتن موانع و آزمون ها، به منزله نماد اراده و قدرت یک ملت قدم در راه سرزمینی دیگر می گذارد تا با پیروزی بر موجودات اهریمنی، چیرگی اندیشه ایرانی را بر دیگر ملت ها و باورها نشان دهد.

Passing through the Nine Bisheh of Shahriarnameh: An Approach Based on Campbell’s Theory of Monomyth

Joseph Campbell (19041987) was an American mythologist who worked in the field of comparative mythology and religion. The notion of ‘hero’s journey’ was first proposed by Campbell in his book titled ‘The Hero with a Thousand Faces’. Based on the structural similarity of all myths, he proposes a fundamental patterns that underlies all mythic narratives. In spite of being subject to cultural and temporal variations, this pattern remains essentially the same. According to his theory of monomyth, the hero leaves his society following an invitation and, having embarked upon a journey, he goes through stages such as the call of the envoy, rejection of invitation, acceptance of invitation, following a guide, passing the threshold, seeking help, test, reward, elixir, and return. Osman Mokhtari’s verse book of ‘Shahriarnameh’ is a perfect example of hero’s journey. In this story, the hero that represents the will of a nation travels to another country while successfully overcoming numerous obstacles and tests to defeat evil creatures and show the superiority of Iranian wisdom over other nations.
