معرفی، بررسی و تحلیل نسخه خطی«تحفه الوزراء» علی بسطامی شاهرودی «مصنفک»

«تحفه الوزراء» یا «تحفه المحمودیه» اثر شیخ علی بسطامی شاهرودی مشهور به «مصنفک» از فارسی نویسان دربار عثمانی در قرن نهم است که تاکنون هیچ یک از آثار وی مورد تفحص قرار نگرفته است. تحفه الوزراء به درخواست محمود پاشا در زمان سلطان محمد فاتح به رشته ی تحریر درآمد. مولف در آن زمان در ادرنه سکونت داشت و از علمای مهم دربار محمد فاتح محسوب می شد. این اثر در ده باب نگاشته شده و برخی باب ها فصول متعددی را شامل می شوند. به لحاظ محتوا و مضامین، این اثر را می توان در زمره ی اندرزنامه های سیاسی محسوب کرد که مساعی نویسنده برآن است تا شیوه ی اداره ی حکومت را به فرامین شریعت نزدیک سازد. نویسنده در این راه از آیات، احادیث، اخبار و اشعار بزرگان ادب فارسی و عربی به منظور اعتباربخشیدن به اثر خویش و ایجاد تنوع در محتوی آن، مدد می گیرد. این نوشتار برآن است، با معرفی مولف و آثار وی، به بررسی اثر «تحفه الوزراء» و مندرجات آن بپردازد تا نقاب از چهره ی یکی از مولفین فارسی نویس آناتولی بردارد.

Introduction, revision and analysis of “Tohfatulvozara”manuscriptAli BastamiShahroudi “Mosannefak”

“Tohfatulvozara” (a souvenir to ministers) or “Tohfatulmahmoudieh” was authored by Sheikh Ali BastamiShahroudi, better known as “Mosannefak”, a Persian writer of the Ottoman Court in the ninth century of the Lunar Hegira. None of the works of this author has been investigated so far. “Tohfatulvozara” was written at the request of Mahmoud Pasha at the time of Sultan Mohammad Fateh (the Conqueror). The author resided in Aderne at that time and was considered as one of the important learned men of the Mohammad Fateh’s Court. The book was written in ten chapters some of which included different sections. The book may be categorized among the political advice books in terms of content and themes in which the author tried to approximate the methods of government to the Sharia Commands. The author sought help from Verses of the Holy Quran, Traditions, Narrations and poetry of the Persian and Arab men of letters in order to make his work credible and variate its content. The present article tries to introduce the author and his works and to analyze “Tohfatulvozara” and its content in an effort to unveil one of the Persian authors of Anatolia.
